Jersey Mike’s is way way better! After paying 50 bucks this dumb girl calls your name her voice was low you could not even hear her and some other guy picked up our food and started touching it brought back up then were going to try and give it to me I made them remake it they don’t have good way to check whose picking up the order they need order numbers on there receipts because you pay first then they make your food behind a big counter where can’t see them the meat is not freshly sliced as you order your sandwich they did not offer an apology so I told them you should have I like Jersey Mike’s they make the sandwich right in front of you they slice the meat and cheese fresh and bread is baked fresh daily firehouse’s bread only taste good when they steam the bread and meat because the bread is not fresh steaming it makes it soft the meat was already sliced steaming it makes taste betterThe meat and bread doesn’t taste good cold that’s why they steam itThe manager looked like someone off a Bar Rescue episode

Sandwiches are always good - the worst customer service. Why does it take 20 minutes to put a sandwich together? Workers just talking and no sense of urgency - you could tell half of them didn't know what they were doing
This was my first time at firehouse subs, and I think it will be my last. The pork and slaw special sandwich on a Hawaiian sweet roll looked intriguing on a TV commercial, so I thought i'd give it a try. It took 29 minutes from the time I ordered in the store to get my food. The 2 staff were chatting as they worked and did not seem focused. The "special" barely resembled the food styled photo with very little "pork" if that's what it really was. Disappointing 2 sandwiches for $28 . Will stick with Subway for better quality and variety!

Good Afternoon! My family and I visited Firehouse Subs today for lunch, which it was our fist time, it was highly recommended! The service we received from Ethan and Lana was just amazing! They truly went above and beyond in hospitality, especially with the care, kindness and time. The subs they prepared where just beyond amazing, we got to say the subs are by far the best! Thanks to Firehouse Subs for having such amazing team members like Lana and Ethan, they truly made our first time over all amazing!
