Great mexican comfort food. Large servings and the service is always great. The beans are how I like them and chips and salsa while you wait for your food. Reminds me of my childhood restaurants growing up.

If I could give 6 stars for service, I would give 12. The service was attentive, friendly, and not afraid to ask questions. The was pretty good. Not the best, but in the top 5. For the atmosphere, cozy and clean. A kind of a mexican restaurant in Ensenada. I only had a carne asada, and it made my day.

We always love the food and service at La Paloma! Had chicken machaca (instead of beef) and a bowl of albondagas soup without the albondagas since I don't eat red meat and it was a very tasty and hearty homemade vegetable soup broth with lots of fresh carrots, celery and potatoes. My friends enjoyed their chili rellenos and giant ground beef taco. So much food, we all took half of it home! Great salsa and guac too!
