I've been coming here ever since they opened. I love the smoothies but the customer service... sometimes. I miss the old staff!!! Some of the new staff have an attitude sometimes and I'm not sure if something I did caused it ??? Today I asked for a remake on my smoothie because it was just liquid. The service is great and the smoothies are delicious. Within the last 4 months or so the smoothies at the La Verne store have improved 100%. I used to just grab a smoothie when I happen to be at another Robeks but since the La Verne store has stepped it up now I get a smoothie every chance I get. I have also ordered online and the drinks are always ready according to what time you put on the app. as a pickup time. I love this place!! Keep up the good work.
