So, it's a shame to write this review. I had been here a couple times and the staff has always been so sweet. Today I went in and who I presume to be the owner was there working with one of her young staff members. There was a palpable tension and I could see the staff member was visibly stressed and uncomfortable about having to work with her boss. And my suspicions were confirmed when I witnessed the employee ask a question and the owner completely ignore her. I could see she couldn't read the label and was having a hard time and she asked again for clarification and the boss said... "check the label if you don't know" with a terrible tone. I really hope the young, sweet employee isn't punished passive aggressively for this post but it was a shame to witness and I remember being that young employee once and it's hell, especially when you're working somewhere that should be fun. I come from the SGV where tea houses are abundant and I won't be back. Everyone treat the people who handle your businesses kindly. They handle your customers, money and livelihood. Super disappointing.

One of my go to places for boba in the area. Good variety on the drink selection. The tea love specials with all the toppings is a must try. If you like ube like me or would be trying it out the first time, the ube milkshake is great . The ube flavor really shines though, you just might want to reduce the sugar a outie bit because it is pretty sweet. For dessert, the ice cream with boba is also a good choice.

I ordered the pomegranate fruit tea and it was good. The tea isn't too sweet which is a great thing, and you can actually taste the tea which is even better. The flavor was good, but maybe next time I would try something other than pomegranate. If you like fruit tea and you're in the area, I would give this spot a try!

Great service every time and great boba every time! I never walk out disappointed. All flavors are amazing and great to have anytime in any season. Also great place to take a seat and relax with friends for a bit.

i’ve been going here for years and this has always been my favorite boba place, but the chance of getting a good drink is so 50/50 now that half of the time it just feels like a waste of money :( they have a really wide range of options and the variability is great but it doesn’t really matter if the drinks don’t taste good and they don’t listen to the customizations you want to make

I love tealove jasmine milk tea, taro milk, passion fruit with lychee. This location is consistent with picking up their phone unlike the Fontana location. Drinks are always made great and in a timely manner. The staff is also friendly and welcoming here.

I love tealove. They have so MANY options to choose from. Ranging from teas, juices, coffees and the list goes on. You also choose your level of sweetness. My husband loves the coconut milk tea with boba and brown sugar drizzle. I always get the strawberry coconut with popping strawberry and coconut jelly. My son got the mango lemonade and loved it. He's also tried the peach lemonade and liked it alot too. We ordered 5 minutes before getting there and when we got there our order was ready. They are super fast with orders.

I preface this review with historical experience at Life Plaza and the Rowland Heights, Ca area when boba started making its waves here to the States in the late 90's / early 2000's. More recently, Ding Tea has been my standard when it comes to boba.My boba was okay. I should have asked for extra ice since I got a larger drink. The flavor was slightly bland, and I've had other Taro drinks where the distinct flavor is apparent. I"m not sure if asking for extra sweet would make a difference. I've also been to place where the drink may be slightly be warm at the bottom, and letting it sit for a few minutes will make the whole drink cold. That wasn't the case here. There wasn't enough ice to make the drink cold. I've tried RB Tea in the Pomona area, and the taro flavor there is much more present. The service here is whatever. I don't expect world-class service, so it's passable. I'm probably on the lower end of the spectrum compared to the rest of the reviews here, so I'd say weigh the other reviews with this one. If you're looking for taro flavor, try elsewhere.
