Bad service and very unprofessional, rude, and disorganized staff. We waited for two hours and we didn’t get a table and the line dancing never happened.I came here on 4/13/24 because my friend had seen their advertisement for line dancing and had invited me and our friends. The line dancing was supposed to start at 9 pm, but we waited for two hours and it never began. We also never got a table so we had to stand for two hours.There was a boxing game going on simultaneously apparently and the employees prioritized that over line dancing. We asked multiple staff when the line dancing would begin but they kept on dragging it on and saying it’ll begin soon. We eventually left after two hours.

New owner or just a sign of the times? Haven't had any issues for years, but recently there have been changes. Deader than dead. Midday used to be slightly busy and the evening used to be hopping. Lately the place has been worse than dead, including mid day. It's like a Bar Rescue scene but worse. Happy Hour.. Dead Hour. What was once one of the better happy hours and lunches is now the worst in Ladera and surrounding areas. Without notice / communication.. happy hour is now 2-5 daily (ie 3-6 is out and forget Friday after 12, that's gone too) Lunch specials = lunch gouge. Lunch prices have increased (eg a Cobb and a beer will set you back $35 during lunch). This is horrendous, and esp when you consider that they give you a smaller portion for lunch and they give you the edge / rotting pieces of lettuce so that they save the best lettuce for dinner. Like consistency? Hope you like your beer choice and the taps available, cause you'll never get a different beer her on tap. These beers appear to have a 15+ year commitment with the distributor. No changes allowed. Like local stuff (Delahunt, GameCraft).... The Ranch does too, just not at their bar... go elsehwr Get a receipt, after every order. The Point of Sale appears to have changed. If you have staff changing shifts, you may be presented with the wrong bill,. (Eg doubling your order across shifts). Hopefully this is a temporary issue.. but I recommend getting a receipt after every order request just in case during this transition. Eg adding an order of fries to your lunch order? Ask for a new receipt after ordering the fries. Save that receipt. The receipts have time stamps... so it is difficult for them to add new products or mistakenly double certain items if you have individual receipts after every order ask. Staff is mostly nice but bar ownership is either having financial problems or is just plain greedy. Recommend that you save your hard-earned cash and go to a place that cares - and that has some soul.

Don't trust anything from staff at this place. Called 2 weeks ago to make reservations for a party of 25 for dinner and band. Checked both times with the staff regarding cover charge for the band and was told no charge. Then the manager Kristin says yep there's a charge (2 weeks after i confirmed with my party). The food has crappy food anyway and now service!

Ordered the nachos - all the chips tasted burnt. Watched our waitress dig through the trash to find something then walked over to the bar and grabbed our drinks and brought them over without washing her hands. Give it 3 stars because the kids loved the arcade and the atmosphere was fun.

I recently had the displeasure of dining at The Ranch, and let me tell you, it was an experience I wish I could forget. Where do I even begin?The ambiance was lackluster, with dim lighting that made it difficult to read the menu and see the unappetizing food they served. The decor looked like it hadn't been updated since the 1970s, and not in a charming retro way, but in a sad and neglected way.The service was abysmal. The waitstaff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the customers. It took forever to get our orders taken, and even longer for the food to arrive. When it did, it was cold and clearly reheated in a microwave. The dishes were sloppily plated and lacked any semblance of presentation.And don't even get me started on the food itself. It tasted like it had been sitting out all day, with flavors that were bland and unappealing. The ingredients seemed low quality, and I couldn't shake the feeling that I could have cooked a better meal at home with half the effort.To top it all off, the prices were exorbitant for the poor quality of the food and service. I left The Ranch feeling disappointed, unsatisfied, and frankly, a bit queasy. Save your money and your taste buds—steer clear of this culinary disaster of a restaurant.

Been coming here for years and am always so glad to be served by Amanda. She is always happy to see me and makes me feel welcome from the second I walk in to the second I leave. Our order is always correct and she makes sure it comes out in a timely manner. Amanda is what keeps us coming back to the Ranch and what has made my family loyal to this establishment for life.

Jose is a terrible manager, i have seen it first hand how he treats his employees, the employees however are wonderful and put in a lot of effort to make us happy.

They took away their lunch menu which has now made me and my coworkers not coming so often. The food is wonderful but the lunch specials were the best they were affordable and we came into the restaurant more than just once a week if the owner would please bring back lunch specials, we would come back more often.

The service was great, Elena was a wonderful server who interacted with us throughout the night always on top of our drinks and ordersand had a wonderful attitude. - The service provided by Elena was exceptional. Throughout the evening, she demonstrated great customer service by interacting with us and ensuring our drinks were refilled and orders were accurately taken, all while having a great attitude. Also a big thank you to Makayla who came by at the end of the night and check on how everything went throughout the night and showed her professionalism along with an upbeat fun attitude

Not only was she fast with our orders but she also ensured that everything was going good. Elena's top-notch customer service truly made our experience easy. Beware the new owners raised prices... downside food size and don't care about "past" regulars. The servers suffer hearing the complaints and they can't do anything about it.

Came in Saturday for football playoffs i Sheeva was holding it down in the bar . Beautiful smile always happy in good spirits always working cleaning serving drinks staying busy . Gotta take care of her she a keeper also Sadaf and Kristen and amanda !. Had line dance super busy and never folded under pressure great customer service great staff . BOMB FOOD FREDDIE BALDO JAIME BENITO ? . ASHTON VERY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING ! GREAT ATMOSPHERE. Also Braydon such a great server guy . Very very cool guy ! take care of this staff love this place

This place is great. I take my family often because the service and food are always top notch. The wings are good, the burgers are flavorful, and the pizzas are really good. Definitely a great local spot.
