Was visiting some friends on Orinda and they recommended Social Bird for dinner. Sat at the bar to watch some tv and have a bite to eat. Tried the Lamb sliders and chicken sliders. Both we delicious and the drinks at the bar also didnt disappoint. Service was excellent and the establishment had a great atmosphere.

I've been here twice for lunch and tried something different both times. It's all been creative and yummy. The highlight for me are their cod tostadas(which I made as my main dish, but is listed as a sharable). The textures are great and all the components compliment each other. Their butterscotch dessert is a delight as well.

First time here for all 3 of us, we came on a recommendation from a friend. My short rib dinner was incredibly flavorful and tender, my husband's salmon dinner was perfect. I had the polenta with prawns and crispy cauliflower. It was delicious. The crispy cauliflower was really good dipped in the garlic aioli that came with the lamb burger sliders which my sister in law thought were good. My brother got the short ribs which looked delicious and I will order it next time. My brother said they tasted great. Sadly he doesn't like to share.

Excellent food and cocktails. I sat at the bar for lunch with my friend, we split the muscles, and the chicken sliders. Both were delicious. I really like the housemaid chips. Really good cocktails.

The brunch items are fantastic. I love the avocado bruschetta and wagyu burger. I tried their farm fresh cocktail made with pear, and it was so yummy!

We love Social Bird! Fresh ingredients and consistently solid comfort dishes. Fro casual lunches and dinners to gatherings with large parties of 14 they have always accommodated our needs--we've had the best bites in a comfortable and relaxed setting downtown. Cannot be beat!

Everything was spectacular. My only comment regards portion size. TOO BIG! Who can eat all that and not throw up? Why not smaller portions, less price. Anyway, they are very accommodating and nice.
