The atmosphere was beautiful, the location was perfect. Our appetizer were good, we had meatballs, butter bread and duck legs. Our dinner was okay. We had the salmon which was fine, but it was a tiny piece of fish with tons of okay white beans. We had the scallops, again okay only got three and was supposed to have cauliflower but only had two pieces. We had the short ribs and steak, the better of the four meals for sure. Ot was over $300 and I expected better food.

Beautiful restaurant tucked away in gorgeous green canyon with towering cliffs. Ceviche starter was delicious along with yummy brussel sprouts. Braised short rib, scallops and red snapper special entrees were amazing. The restaurant has its own garden where they harvest their herbs and veggies. Excellent, attentive service. Love this gem!
Reservations we easy to make, we came with friends for my husbands birthday. Everything was amazing, the food, appetizers, drinks, the view! Only thing were the chocolate chip cookies were not good at all, below par. But our waiter took care of that, which was very kind. Everything else was amazing! We will be back again a lot in the future!

This is one of the hidden gems in Laguna Beach. The location in Aliso Canyon is beautiful, it overlooks the first hole of the golf course and the steep canyon walls. The food is a little pricey but always excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive. The deck is our favorite spot to eat if the temperature is warm. The atmosphere for inside dining is very nice too. They have live music every day on the patio outside the front entrance.Parking: Free valet parking

Staying at this lovely resort so chose to dine here on our first night. The space is welcoming, comfortable, loud and there's lots going on. From families dining with young children, to couples, to groups enjoying themselves post golf and so on. Ambiance felt a bit chaotic in this particular night. Service was solid. Our table for 2 near the fireplace was comfortable and we were able to carry a conversation despite the noise level. As for the food, it was good but didn't wow me. We had the rice dish and the fish special. My rockfish was flavorful but could have used salt. The piece was quite small and a touch over cooked despite being butter poached. Husbands rice dish was just ok as well - we added scallops to it for protein. Although tasty, the scallops were a touch underdone. Overall it was an ok experience and given how busy they were I think the restaurant does a solid job appealing to many different types of resort diners. I would give it another try if given the chance and hope for better execution as the flavors were mostly there.
I've eaten at Harvest many times. The coffee was something I looked forward to. Now it's weak and tasteless. The service was less than stellar which was unusual. We waited forever to have our order taken and the attention was poor! The Cobb salad was delicious though and the ambience can't be beat! However, with tip 3 salads, 1 coffee and 2 ice teas was $150. This used to be a go to spot for a nice meal but sadly, it's not going to be on my radar any longer.

1. Good dining experience. Resort feeling. Attractive dining room. Nice alternative to overly noisy, tight tabled restaurants at the beach. 2. Staff great, exceptional from Valet to Front Desk to Server. 3. Patient with an elderly diner who joined us. 3. Portions large, well presented - food good - unfortunately one entre undercooked, notable with the vegetables, but quickly resolved. 4. Basque cheesecake exceptional.

A special shout out to Carlos and Manny behind the bar. Love you guys, and big props to Manny for the couple mixed drinks he crafted for us. Looking forward to eating at Harvest again soon, you guys are great!
It's always lovely eating here. The day in Laguna Beach was gorgeous. The view looking at the canyon — with all the rain it was so green — was so peaceful. The service is always excellent!
