We recently had our wedding reception at Terra Laguna, and we couldn't be happier with how things turned out.Venue Coordinator, Devon:Very helpful in preparing the event and making sure it ran smoothly. Professional and attentive.Food:The food was excellent. Diverse menu and high-quality ingredients. Many guests complimented the meals. We did the plated dinner option and were very pleased with how it turned out both in presentation and taste.Space Utilization:We had our ceremony at a different location, so we used the standard ceremony area for a cocktail hour. It was a great use of space and added a unique touch to the event. The main reception area was gorgeous with the bistro lighting and unique architecture of the permanent patio cover. We had about 150 people didn’t feel cramped.Overall Experience:The venue was beautiful and well-organized. Many guests told us it was one of the best weddings they've attended. As we transitioned into nighttime, the venue seemed to grow even more beautiful. If you're looking for a venue that combines great service, good food, and a beautiful setting, Terra Laguna is a solid choice. Truly an experience we will never forget for all the right reasons.

The food was amazing, however we had sat down exactly 18 minutes and we already had drinks, appetizer and meal delivered all at once (probably pre-made sitting under heat lamps). With that said, the food was delicious. The trout with caviar appetizer was great and the chicken parmesan was outstanding. Location excellent as we went to Pagent of the Master's right afterwards. Would have liked desert but our waiter seemed to forget about us.

I said it to my waitress and I'll say it again here: whoever made my hangar steak deserves a raise, a promotion, and a hug. That was hands-down the best meal I have ever eaten. Give that chef a Michelin star!!

Underwhelming to say the least. Idid not expect such low end food and service out of such a high end art exhibition. Plastic utensils, unmixed salad, dressing on the side in plasting container. Had to wait to get our ketchup for our fries that had been served first. With only two other tables occupied, we got the ketchup right in time for our fries to get cold. Glass I asked for for my sparkling water was brought out with a distinct fuscia pink lipstick along the rims. The salt I asked for never came.We took some nice portraits there though

Live music was being performed on the Pageant grounds and the piped in music was also being played (albeit softly) at the restaurant. It was a bit distracting at times. Be prepared to shoo away a few bees during the meal as they are there too. Didn't bother me but they are there. Food was very good and staff's level of attention was good too.

The nice part about Terra Laguna was the proximity to the Pageant of the Masters. Being able to already be there was a plus. Our reservation was at 5:15, allowing us a leisurely dinner and time to walk around the art exhibit before the show. A little pricey but good food and worth the location.

The ambiance and service were excellent, but the food was terrible and very expensive. I first ordered the spaghettis with crab and shrimp that was over salted and served with curry. Indian and Italian fusion I guess. I paid $38.00 for a reheated piece of parmesan chicken that was luke warm and served weeds on the side. They no longer service a salad with their entries. Two other guests shared the seabass. They had 2 bites each because it was so small and it was served with some dark ugly rice. they left hungry.

The food was terrible and I wouldn't bother going there if you're trying to eat healthy. There was nothing on the menu that I could eat and so I made do with what they had. They used to offer a delicious salad before the meal and there was no salad. I ordered the broccolini and it was terrible. I couldn't even cut it with a stick knife. I ordered a burger without a bun to keep it healthy, but it was dry and over cooked.

The food was good, the service was excellent. The price was on the high side and then they added a 4% charge for an increase in food charges which I thought was silly when they charge $29 for a burger even if it is a Wagyu burger. The setting is outdoors and the temperature was pretty decent, but there was some bees flying around so other than that we had a very nice time.

Knowing that the location is the draw- Terra Laguna is on the grounds of the Laguna Beach Pageant of the Masters & Art Festival- we didn't expect great food or moderate prices. For two people food and soft drinks, no alcohol, appetizers or desserts, our meal was about $115.00 with tip. Service was reasonable. LOTS of BEES throughout our meal. Maybe a later meal time would have been better with fewer bees.

The only downside was tons of bees, buzzing our table, not threatening a sting, but just buzzing our food. I hope in the future they find the hive and that would make dining. They're perfect.

The food was good but not exceptional, considering the prices ($29 hamburger). The Flat steak was tasty, but the Sea bass was undercooked and had to be sent back. Didn't get a lot on the plate and no salad was included. This was the first time we were back since COVID and to be honest we were really disappointed they no longer offer the rack of lamb. That dish was excellent and the main reason we went there for many years. Talked to the waiter and he said they changed chefs every year for the last 3 years. The remodel was top notch and the atmosphere is great. Not sure that we we eat there again next year for our pre-pageant meal. Bottom line... disappointed.
