This is my second visit, they have a nice selection of hot dogs, sandwiches and snacks. The Chicago Dog was hot, fresh and flavorful. All of the ingredients were fresh. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is fun. They have a good selection of arcade games. The prices make it one of the most affordable places to get a meal in Laguna Beach. I will be back to try a different hot dog soon!Vegetarian options: They have a Vegan option for their hot dogs.

Lovely little hot dog place in Laguna. I visited for an event with the Laguna Chamber of Commerce, but they seemingly employ some shady tactics.They hosted an event for fellow members of the Chamber of Commerce, where we would get a free hot dog, followed by 1/2 off everything else for our monthly meet-and-greet. But I watched as they took the sign down and refused to honor the policy.Ended up having to pay $5.00 for an OK hot dog with some Kraft Mac and Cheese on top. Not the worst thing I've ever had, but it's hard not to feel cheated.In the future, I would like to see such a policy adhered-to a little more effectively.

As a native Chicagoan, I got excited when I saw the words VIENNA BEEF. The hot dog brought me right back home and Thomas was really welcoming and cut me up all fresh ingredients since they do that everyday.

This place is amazing!! I went there and had the New York hot dog and I can honestly say it was the best hot dog I've ever had. Tommy was very friendly, helpful and a super cool guy. I will be coming back to this place!!!!

So I really like this is a local owned spot and not a chain restaurant. I like it's a concept by a dad and his daughter that's just awesome and for those reasons alone I really hope this place succeeds. But short version: what you're getting at yummy dogs are pretty standard hot dogs, with pretty standard toppings at a rather high price. Let's face it at the end of the day a "gourmet" hot dog, is still just a hot dog. The law of diminishing returns kicks in pretty fast with dogs. And that's the case here, there's absolutely nothing wrong with it, but it's really no better or worse than the hot dogs you get at Costco for $1.50 only these are $8-$11. So a family of 4 with drinks you're looking at $50+ Toppings are an area to maybe distinguish and justify a premium cost, but honestly these didn't do it for me. We had a Laguna Dog, a Chili Cheese dog and a plain hot dog - and again the toppings were fine. I'd guess the chili was from a can and the veggies seemed a little on the wilted side of fresh, but not egregiously so. The bacon bits were the kind you get in the grocery aisle. Again there's nothing bad about the food and I am fully in favor of supporting a local business, just set your expectations: it's a hot dog.
Nate's service was absolutely outstanding, we're definitely coming back! Not to mention the hot dogs are fantastic too! The arcade games were well kept, and had a good variety for the size. Very clean and a good atmosphere! Definitely recommend if you're in the area!

When I went on the weekend, it was busy and run by only one person. I felt bad, so I tipped since she was trying to provide the best service possible. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre. If you've had great sausages and hot dogs (from Wursthaus or other locations), these were low quality and overpriced. Costco hot dogs are better and priced right.

I wandered by this place with my family today and I simply HAD to go in. The fun signs, lights, and ambience called to me like a bright, shiny re-awakened memory from my sophomore year in high school.... the year I had my first dance with a girl (my pelvis had never been that close to a girl.... and oooo boy, what a memory...).If Dave & Busters had a baby with Justin Bieber, and was raised by Taylor Swift on weekdays, and a retired baseball player from Chicago on weekends, this place, Yummy Dogs, would be that child.First, let's talk about Nate, the GM. You know that high energy neighborhood kid that was always down to do something, and had that lucky streak of never getting caught for the occasional prank? He grew up to be Nate, and he makes this place that much more fun.Is it a hotdog joint? A gourmet video game arcade? A cute date spot from the set of "Saved by the Bell?" It's all the above. You simply just have to come in and enjoy a walk down memory lane, and create some new ones while you're at it. For you influencer wanna-be's, it's picture perfect for the 'Gram as well.Highly recommend, and if you have kids, perfect way to keep them occupied for 20-30 minutes.
