Great service with a smile. Ice cream, especially the summer flavors, are delicious! Never too crowded but always a steady stream of customers and it's completely understandable keeps things humming. The selection is varied, portions are great, hand mixed quarts is my person favorite way to go!

Our family walked in to no one working the place. Eventually a kid with a baseball hat on sauntered out. No smile, no greeting. Mo class, no professionalism. No more business from our family and friends.

Called an hour ahead to check on a birthday cake I ordered a week ago for today and they said oh it will be done closer to 12:45pm at pick up time so I said ok! I arrive at 12:49 to just quickly come get it and it IS NOT READY. If people have a birthday even planned I do not recommend coming here as they don't really care about your time. I'm now here waiting for something I pre-ordered that should've been done at least ON TIME. Why are these employees procrastinating and so lazy? I don't get it. You knew my order was there but chose not to work on it until I walked IN?! Wow. I am literally standing here WATCHING this guy take his time to just make it now.

This spot has 60+ 1 STAR reviews.. THERES A REASON! Fair warning, every employee is a teenager who hates their job. The female and male on shift tonight were so mean to my kids. Wouldn't take our order. We felt like we were interrupting them from taking to their skater friends that were visiting them in the shop. I won't be coming back.
