The waffles here are AMAZING and the workers are literally the nicest people i've ever met. they're all so friendly and welcoming. the boba here is also incredible. i've never had anything like the waffles before. and also, their shop is just so cute! there are lots of pretty plants and comfy couches and tables. this is definitely one of my favorite boba shops.

I wanted to try out a new boba place so my bf found this place on Google Maps. I didn't have any expectations, just wanted to have a cold drink. When we got here, the owner greeted us warmly and I have to say, the drinks are GREAT!! I'm usually pretty particular with black milk tea and how soft the boba taste. I'm impressed that the black milk tea was really good and the boba was soft (freshly made). My bf's drink was the Thai tea and it tasted great as well (freshly brewed not powder). Overall, I'm really happy with this hidden gem. The vibe is cute and clean. They're currently have a promotion BOGO 50% off after 4pm. I will definitely come back!

was craving boba over the long weekend and south of irvine, the choices are fewer than i'd like. didn't want to go to my usual spot and was recommended ChaPlus by a coworker. i arrived late afternoon and was warmly greeted upon entry. the cafe is nicely put together with indoor and outdoor seating. it smelled like warm vanilla which is a nice inviting scent. think it was their bubble waffle iron making orders for customers. the owner answered my questions and explained that all their drinks are made from real ingredients and not with syrups. he gave me a sample of their mango purée as proof and it was delicious. i ended up ordering the oolong boba milk tea and mango smoothie and both were excellent. the boba is served warm and fresh. no weird textures from sitting a long time like other places. just the right chew and slightly sweet flavor. mango smoothie was refreshing and thick without any ice chunks. overall great experience and will come back. there's another location by disneyland so i'll have to keep an eye out next time i'm in anaheim.

I've noticed ChaPlus has recently opened its doors and was finally able to try it out with the kiddos. We tried the Oreo smoothie, strawberry banana smoothie, jasmine milk tea and the strawberry Nutella egg waffle. Kids loved the smoothies - flavorful and fruity. I was very pleasantly surprised with the jasmine milk tea. The tea was strong, smooth and floral and well balanced with the milk. Boba was soft and chewy. Definitely better than the other boba shops in south OC. Loved my drink! Egg waffle was also delicious - fluffy and custardy with fresh strawberries and homemade whipped cream. Very excited that we now have a decent tea shop nearby - hope they stick around!

The ambience welcomes you instantly into a relaxing oasis where you are able to enjoy the absolute most delicious works of art in their freshly made beverages. We had the Mango Aloha with Mango popping Boba and the Mango Pineapple Smoothie. The Chef was on site and it is evident she takes pride in all of her products!

This place is great! The tea and bubble waffle was very delicious and go great together. The lightness and fluffiness of the waffle paired with the tea is a delicious duo. We were first greeted with a not so welcoming young woman who gave zero effort but there was an older woman that made up for the experience she served us our drinks with a warm smile and brought out our waffle while we waited at a table outside. She was the kindest face we saw that day.
