I made an order at 12.20 in the mobile app. My pickup time is 12.40.I arrived to pick up my order at 12.45.It's 1pm and they've just started preparing my order...This is not the first time this has happened, I order through the app to get my order faster, and not to hang around longer than other customers who pay for their order at the checkout line.

I came in and had a wonderful experience, this is not your average Subway. I met the owner Maritza, she was a delight and her staff are absolutely wonderful people. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and were very friendly. I will be sure to keep coming back to this

Came here for some food and really needed to use the restroom that is in the dining area. Before ordering, took one step into the restroom and the cashier tells me the restroom is only for employees. If that's their rule, I'll follow it. Though, it's a very silly rule for a food establishment to have. Can't even wash your hands before you eat? I took my business elsewhere. 1 star.

Gone in the other day with a SUBWAY® coupon for 2 foot lungs at 1299 first off I have to mention that I did wait at least five minutes until they came out of the back room but anyway I ordered a steak and cheese and a pastrami sandwich. I had my coupon in my money in my hand With my phone because I was reading off what was on my Nephew sandwich. The girl made the sandwiches. She actually looked at my coupon and my money several times through the glass. No I go to pay for my sandwiches am I new I just came in for lunch. This is just sandwiches so ridiculous, when it comes to paying, I hand her the coupon and she says oh the pastrami is not on it. I says it doesn't say it on the coupon she says well it is not on it ices will take back the pastrami and give me to steak and cheese and by the way I want to tell you that years ago I happen to know that subways used to way out the meat for the steak and cheese like they do the pastrami. No they use a spoon and twice I've ordered steak and cheese and they've taken half of the meat out of the spoon And they try to spread out the little bit of meat in the sandwich doesn't weigh some measure just like they count how many slices are put into the foot-long 86 and there's small pastrami's in individually weighed out should the steak and cheese be the same way I'm getting tired of seeing their fingers in my meat after they put it into the bread But to go on about the coupon she wanted me to pay full price for both sandwiches. She did not wanna make the second sandwich for the steak and cheese. If she would've made a second sandwich I probably would've taken all three but I did tell her to take the pastrami back, she begin to get her manager or a shift person out from the other back of the room and they start telling me that it's my duty to tell them I have a coupon and even though there's no sign inside the subways and no sign that's on the coupon that says pastrami is omitted on coupon I have to alert them about the coupon order my Subway sub go on pay pick up what it means what needs to be on the sandwich do they want me to bring it up and put it in the oven for them to she could've told me there was a charge on the pastrami which it wouldn't end up that I paid full price and I still would've gotten a deal on the second sandwich but no, they chose to argue with me, and when they were drawing me into their little pettiness after all, this is just lunch I just wanted to get lunch for us I realize they can keep the sandwiches and we went to Jersey Mike's enjoyed Jersey Mike's sandwiches. By the way their sandwiches were hands-down way better than a Subway sub. The manager however contacted me by email because I put on their website about experience I had he asked me to either give my phone number to him or to email me about the situation I sent him my phone number and told him I would love to share my experience. Of course the manager never called subways you Waze so much of my time over stupid sandwiches when there's so many other places that got better sandwiches than yours. In fact, my nephew even suggested we go next-door to the pizza store. They have a pastrami sandwich and I'm sure they don't hassle their customers. I hope your employees enjoyed the two sandwiches that they made for us seen them also, pick the meat out of our steak and cheese. It was just gross. I am going to go into a subways after some time pass and like I'm reading an order for my phone I will order a steak and cheese and I am going to videotape them, picking their fingers with the gloves on and pulling out the meat out of the sandwich and then I want to send it to weights and measures or maybe the health department I know they're a small business, but there should be some moral standards about handling peoples food

Keepin It Low-Key

We been using a coupon there every time we go. All of a sudden some new person says that they don’t accept it. They didn’t even try to scan it. I doesn’t say that any where on the coupon so I don’t understand why they did accept it. It went from it going to be $18-$19 to $45. I am very disappointed and as I go there so often. This is the last time I’m going there.
