The food is good, but the lady who served us was the worst, the receipt says her name is Veronica L (I don't know if it was her name or another coworker's name but for better recognition, it was an older, white woman with light eyes), I don't know if she had a bad day but be careful if she serves you. In the end we ate very uncomfortable, it was our first time in one of these restaurants

Asked about a deal at the menu board with AI responses it was not a helpful answer and had to change at the window and associate was helpful. Food flavor didn’t seem as flavorful as normal.

The computers voice that takes your order is way to loud. The whole parking lot could hear what was i eating for lunch. Go back to using real people.

lol, I should've read the reviews before going. First time ever at a Wienerschnitzel! Which when I walked in I let the cashier know this. She might be the lady everyone talks about in these reviews. She seemed annoyed at that fact and walked away. Me and my brother took a look at the menu and were figuring it out. The saddest part here is we were so happy and excited to try out a new place, all this was taken down. The cashier asked us if we were ready to where I responded yes. I start ordering and she starts asking these questions about how I wanted the hot dog and when I asked if I could make it a combo and if so what comes in it, she just seemed so annoyed to answer it for me. Like girl, it's my first time, I DONT KNOW HOW TO ORDER HERE. Then when it was my brothers time to order he said I'll get the chili cheese combo, she proceeds to raise her voice bit more and ask which one he wants and starts to point them all out. Now this sounds nice because she was explaining, but just the way she would explain it with her tone like she was super annoyed with us. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. She needs some patience. I understand a lot of people don't have patience, but if you're going to work in the service industry you just have to! It's really so sad to go out and have to deal with someone like this. The ambiance I'm here was also really just gloomy. Ceiling was leaking. The food was pretty decent, nothing outta this world. I give it a 6/10. Would I be back? No. Should you go? I mean make sure you know how to order before going or else it won't be a great experience. Also would recommend the AI drive thru everyone is talking about. Bet the robot will treat you better :)

Lady there on 1/5/2024 at around 10:30pm was rude. She never smiled and said she needed to see a receipt when I placed an order online like she didn’t believe me. Never greeted me or anything like I care but it would be nice to smile and greet people. She looked mad.

Hot and tasty regular, all beef, and Polish hotdogs served in the standard soft, white buns. Chili topping is mostly tomato sauce with little bits of either meat or soy protein isolate. The service is friendly and they will customize the toppings to your preferences. The interior is clean and has plenty of booths for indoor dining, but the decor is Mid '60's orange and brown!
