Because we have so much excellent Mexican food in Southern California I've always ripped on this place, but in reality it's really good. The quality of the food is good, the portions are huge, and the prices are fair. I hate corporate chain food, but overall they've done a great job for a bunch of white people making Mexican food.

What happened chipotle?? They changed some of there meats cause you can tell the chicken is more dry, the steak is more fat then Meat. So they definitely are getting cheaper meat now. Also what is going on with the SKIMPY PORTIONS!!! This is now 3-4 time now. Going down hill!

We live a mile away and love being near Chipotle. It's a great go to for lunch or dinner! That said. We've given this location (pick-up and order in) 2 more chances and have come to realize that the quality of their food and their portions need improvement. Portions are small. I hope they figure it out because we love Chipotle as a company and this location is not representing the franchise well.

I will never order from any Chipotle again. I am so annoyed by Chipotles system. You are not able to speak to a manager and then they put you through hell trying to get any kind of assistance from the corporate office. I have been ordering for years with minor discrepancies with my order here and there but the last 3 time i have ordered the rice has not been cooked. My son has also gotten chicken that is undercooked before. Who knows what else isn't fully cooked. I tried to peacefully speak to the manager but the days of actual customer service are obviously gone when you can't even call an establishment to voice a complaint. This could have ended with a refund or a free guac but now you have lost a loyal customer forever.

To the guy working the food line tonight (4/8/23) was horribly rude. The second you walked in the door to get in line to order, you could feel his irritation. When it was anyone's turn to order who was in front, instead of asking what he can make or what would you like his question was "what do you want" didn't matter what you ordered, he still hated your order. That guy has no business working there and being miserable while people order. Chipotle, do yourself a favor. Get better staff or really work on customer service. If that was my first ever visit to a chipotle let me tell you, I'd never go back. And definitely will not be going back to your site anytime soon.

Just left and likey won't use this location again. Serving was the smallest I've ever seen at a store. Meat seemed like it was half of what other locations offer and when I asked for "just a bit more" she said it would be "double meat" rice was thin as was the black beans. Not even half a scoop. I clearly never leave reviews cause it's not my thing. But this was beyond annoying.

This is honestly the best Chipotle in south OC. The food here is so good, always cooked right and fresh af. The employees here too are so nice and thoughtful. I love this location and honestly can’t go to another chipotle.
would give zero stars if i could.… this place is usually very consistent, but Friday was different. i ordered a bowl with rice, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, chicken, and carnitas (half & half). i started eating it, but noticed everything tasted like peanuts and peanut oil. a family member of mine ordered a chicken and rice burrito the same night (and was perfectly fine) i was violently ill… threw up almost everything immediately after eating it. i NEVER throw up. i’m extremely disappointed and upset.. this place is usually so consistent and that’s my usual order. don’t get the carnitas, or better, don’t eat here in general ??

I normally hate tacos and burritos and stuff but at Chipotle their burritos are the only place I like them. I like how healthy they are and how convenient it is. Overall a great ace for lunch and dinner

Worse place ever !My son ordered a double steak bowl and it was like half portion as always , as I took the bowl back inside the store and asked why the portion is too small just because a kid came alone and ordered the food you shouldn't put too little, they answered sorry it's our portion! My sons eat regularly same food at other chipotle and they get for $18 like double of portion vs this place ! I would never go back there very unfriendly staff!Big hell NO
