Came by in the morning to get a cake for one of my employees for his birthday, I saw an Oreo 7 inch that caught my eye and a birthday lollipop. I brought it to my employee and team and they were all so excited to see the cake, I think they may have expected some regular old sheet cake from a grocery store, but they got a piece of art. My employees were rushing to sing happy birthday so they can hurry up and get a piece. Normally we have people who skip on a slice but not today! The cake itself was moist and delicious, and I can't wait for more birthdays to hook my staff up with the best cakes in all of Orange County!

Ordered our son's and future daughter in-laws wedding cake a week before the wedding. Not only did it taste good, it looked great and was ready on time! Thank very much! We also picked up some Halloween cupcakes for our future in-laws, excellent!

Cinderella Cakes has always come through when I needed the best desserts for any party I've done! Today they came through last minute for a Halloween party ! Shelby and Melissa were working today and helped me in five minutes get the best options! They are beautiful inside and out

I ordered a wedding cake and a grooms cake for my wedding last month from here. We tried sample cakes and I ordered my cakes. Customer service seemed fine at this point. I didn't hear back from them so I assumed everything was ready for the wedding day. When we got the cake, the inside filling was not what I ordered. I ordered the fresh cherry filling and real cherries on top, which were both upcharges. The cherries were important to me because my new last name is Cherry. There were no cherries on top and the filling was a Bavarian filling. Luckily my wedding planner put fake cherries on top. I was never notified of these changes and was disappointed the cake was not what I tried in the sample. I emailed Cinderella cakes asking where the mixup happened and pointing out we paid extra for those 2 mistakes. I followed up 3 days after and still haven't heard back and it's been a week now. I am disappointed in their customer service to not even answer my email, and not communicating there was an issue with the cherries. I will not be returning.

Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to eat their cake because my son was sick for his birthday and we couldn't travel to Disneyland (so we couldn't pick this cake up, we live out of town). The cake I ordered wasn't even custom, and I told them about the cancellation 6 days before his birthday (they did not make the cake already, and even if they made it that far in advance, someone else could have purchased it since it was one of their basic/signature cakes). That being said, I tried over and over again to talk to this location and they responded to me once saying the manager would get back to me given the circumstances- I've inquired with them since then a number of times (one time I called their location and they didn't answer so the call was forwarded to a different Cinderella location, where they were unable to help me). I tried to get some resolution with them before posting a public review, but their customer service is lacking quite a bit, and they never helped me. It's unfortunate because you can't have a successful business with poor business ethics, so I hope they take this situation as a learning experience and treat clients better.

They don't just do custom cakes but have a pastry counter too with a lot of different flavors of cupcakes and cookies. I tried the lemon cupcake. It was not just a lemon cake but a fluffy yet firm lemon frosting, and a lemon curd center. Though the cupcakes are cold they still hold their flavor well. The lady working was very friendly and helpful.

Wow, the best chocolate chip cookies and cupcakes I've tried. We had the salted caramel , carrot, Oreo, red velvet all were delicious! They were amazing even after a few days.
I went in the store yesterday and inquired if Cinderella Cakes offers vegan / non-dairy selections. The associate said "define vegan, it's subjective." Actually it's not. Vegan / non-dairy means no butter, eggs or milk. If someone is eating butter than they are lacto-vegetarian and not vegan. Not friendly at all. Sprinkles has a vegan option now - red velvet and I can order on-line from Karma Bakery. Thank you. Your response is untrue. When I walked in you stated "how can I help you" in an abrupt tone. You didn't greet me so I'll meet you in kind. Whether you're a family owned business or not your customer service skills are lacking and a lot of your reviews state the cupcakes or cakes are not good. Yes, I'll go elsewhere. God bless you.

The team at Confectious Pastry Shop is AMAZING! From beginning to end, their service, expertise and knowledge are incomparable! Nicci, Michael and Timorie are pleasant, and like a well oiled machine, their collaborative approaches make you and feel like family members coming to visit on Christmas morning. Ordered a cake with cupcakes from the photo album and customized the frosting colors and cake flavor. The cake looked amazing and was just as expected from the photo and customizations. Everything tasted great. I was very impressed with the cake and would definitely recommend this business if you want a cake that will impress.
