As a previous distant runner, I have destroyed all the cartilage in my left hip and it is all not arthritic. The surgeon does not want to do a hip replacement yet as I am only in my 40's so we are trying to manage the pain. I have done PT and cortizone shots. The saunas combined with yoga stretching a PT help tremendously. After my sauna I am actually pain free for most of the day. Not to mention my skin looks amazing! The drinks are great and I like that they have healthy snacks and salads to grab when I am in a hurry. Thanks for the pain relief!

I walked in their a few months ago to get a juice. The guy taking the order stared at me in an incredibly weird way. It was creepy and uncomfortable. Also, when I walked in there, I noticed the company name was familiar. Now, I realize that this company was a co-conspirator in the Vicki / Brooks cancer scam from last year's Real Housewives of Orange County. So this company is both creepy and crooked. Avoid

I wish I could leave a ZERO, but unfortunately, that isn't a option. I used to be a happy member of club detox back in 2013, but because of a health issue I had to cancel my membership. Well, last year I saw an amazonlocal deal for 4 sauna sessions for new customers AND customers who had not visited in the last six months. It was a great deal and I loved the place, so I figured 2 years had passed by and that's definitely longer than 6 months, so I bought it. The first visit went great, everything like I remembered. Clean saunas, excellent staff. So I called to schedule my next appointment and got the owner, Lanka, on the phone. She said my voucher was NOT valid because it was only for new customers. I explained that my voucher said, in writing, customers who had not visited in SIX months. She said that amazon had changed her words and she couldn't accept the voucher and whoever did on my first visit made a mistake. So I asked if I could just use the remaining 3 visits since it was their mistake for accepting the voucher in the first place. She said no and finally said the best she could do is offer the remaining 3 sessions as extras if I bought a membership. That they need to make money too. Wtf? Extras? Really Lanka? I already paid for them! After arguing with her and being offered something I already paid for, why would I want to go back? I'm very disappointed by her, everyone else had truly been accommodating except for Lanka...the owner. She is very unprofessional over the phone and has horrible business ethics! WHO tells the customer that they need to make money too. I get that, but they had made mistake over mistake and trying to get me to (literally) pay for it was the last straw. ------ LOL at Lanka' s response! The voucher did NOT say for customers who bought juice or water. .. the Yelpers have eyes to see the actual voucher. They can judge. You did NOT offer me my remaining 3 sessions, you said I could use them ONLY if I bought a membership. No way, bad business on you Lanka! I did end up losing them. You're shameless! Speaking of shameless, if you have the unfortunate displeasure of speaking with Lanka please feel free to PM me and I'll let u know the other two places I've found in Mission Viejo and Dana Point. I'm a healthy 50 yr old former professional athlete with the exception of serious arthritic and joint issues, including double knee replacements, However, for the last 3 months I've had inflammation in my back that would not go away despite every physical therapy, chiropractic, laser, etc. treatment you can imagine. I started a 21 day detox program and after 2 days the inflammation was gone and I had relief. No BS! I've used infrared saunas in the past and enjoy the heat and sweat. But it wasn't until a couple of days ago,that the sauna was 100% validated. I went in the sauna approximately an hour after leaving the dentist. One side of my mouth was complete numb from a few Novocaine shots. It normally takes 3-4 to hours for the effects to wear off. After 40 minutes in the sauna, the numb feeling was completely gone. I literally sweat the meds right out of my body. I know now with certainty that my body is benefiting significantly. The owners and staff are also very passionate about helping their clients and knowledgeable about their business. Everyone should do some type of detox program. I eat and live healthy too, but regardless your body needs this. You won't regret it.

I am 42 years old and I recommend this store to everyone who want to have an real detox. Club Detox helped me detox not only the inside of my body but the outside of it as well. The most impressive part of the program was the energy that I have gained I don't remember in my life I had the same energy that I have experienced while I was on their program. This store is not one of those typical stores that sells fresh green jucies. Club detox offers fresh organic juices that is made infront of you so it is not stored in bottles. And while you are juicing, you have an access to your own personal individual infrared saunas. Along with all that you get provided with your alkaline water and with an organic diet program that avoid foods with high acidity. The great thing about the diet is that it is not a strict diet you can absolutely eat everything as long as it is 100% organic you have to avoid eating and drinking after the food for this period of time. I did the 21 days programs, I used for the first 3 days and then the rest of the days I ate whatever I wanted but of course again the food was organic I only used one time in the morning and one time before I go to bed the energy that I had was amazing everybody should be on this program to prevent future diseases I am currently on a membership where I go to my sauna for maintenance and I'm planning on going on the 21 days program again in January . I can keep going on and on about the store that I think I can write a book about it. The staff are amazing and the customer service is fabulous. The owners threatened attorneys and criminal charges when I disputed the charge on my credit card. WOW! Funny how the email was undeliverable when I cc'd the attorney in my reply email. The male owner I dealt with on this matter was the worst customer service replies in the world and everything he said in his response to my complaint on yelp was all lies.

I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but this review is based on their customer service. I went in there with a friend about a month ago to check things out, ask questions, etc. We were interested in the sauna packages so we wanted to speak with someone about it. We walked in there and there was a male employee behind the counter. He was busy doing something so we patiently waited. He looked at us, and then continued his business without a word. We stood there for about 10 minutes without any recognition from the employee. Not even a hello. Then another customer lady walks in and he greets her immediately and asks if she has any questions to let him know. He completely ignored me and my friend still. So we just ended up walking out. I read a review saying that if you aren't a regular customer, they don't give you the time of day. I guess that's true unfortunately...I was excited to try this place but we won't be going back...

There are lots of smoothie and juice places in OC but Club Detox gets the combination just right. Even better than Whole Foods nearby! They always have friendly staff that makes u feel happy along with the chill vibe. My body seriously craves the greentini and beetini on a regular basis which is better than other cravings I used to and sometimes still get for sweets, wine and other bad stuff. Now if they only stayed open later!
Club detox is great! I highly recommend it. The juices are wonderful and such a friendly staff! It's defiantly changes my eating routines.
