My business partner and I had a quick bite meeting at this location today April 5th around 4:00 PM. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and efficient. Makes us feel welcome. We made a mistake on our order and she fix it for us kindly. Truly made a difference in our experience. I’m not a pollo loco regular but at this location and with that type of service I can see myself coming back again.
What a wonderful experience at this El Pollo location. Warm sincere greeting, fast and friendly service at the counter. My chicken was cooked to perfection and my sides were HOT & FRESH!! The salsa choices were great and the Spicy was Spicy and the Avocado Salsa was so Tasty. When my travels bring me this way I will return. And a quick mention of whom I feel was in charge (lady) Demaritus...forgive me for the spelling, she was everywhere assisting everyone!! Great job....
