Like most Chinese restaurants in south county, golden dragon just doesn't get you to a 4 or 5 star experience. Not much flavor on the food. The restaurants in Irvine are much better.

Absolutely delicious Mu Shu pork, shrimp with lobster sauce and Egg Rolls. I loved all of it but I had a foodgasm when I ate the egg rolls. All the ingredients seemed fresh and the sauces rocked. This is my new restaurant fave. My only suggestion would be not to use zucchini slices in the lobster sauce. Bok choy would have been better. This was a Door Dash meal that made me happy!

Food Preparation : I like the cook's cooking speed, whatever you ask for on the menu... is done in 3 to 6 minutes for lunch or dinner and the food is cooked/stir-fried to perfection. Very delicious, healthy food.Service : When you walk in, the owner/hostess is very polite and courteous and addresses what you'd like right away.Atmosphere : Decent, there are pictures of delicious entries depicted on the walls, a TV with HD above the entrance. Plenty of seating and a portable fridge for on-the-go drinks and a soft drink dispenser with lids, straws, plasticware and napkins easily accessible.Vegetarian options: They have white rice, brown rice and fried rice, fresh chopped vegetables, braised tofu and chilled water available.

As much as I like this place and their food to take out, their prices have skyrocketed! 6 months ago I came here and ordered the same dishes for $6 less than what they're listed at now! It's June 2023. Kind of bummed about that! Probably my last time for coming here since I can get other dishes I like at other places for much less.

Been here for years, seems to do a lot of take out orders. Food is good, prices are reasonable, parking can be sketchy. The dining room is pretty basic, however, the floor is pretty gross.

We ordered takeout here for dinner for 2. The online ordering system was easy and the order was ready quickly on a weeknight. We had the shrimp fried rice, egg flower soup, and Szechuan vegetables with white rice. All of the food was excellent and the portions were generous! The gentleman who rang me up and gave me my order was friendly and pleasant!
