Quincy is the most kindhearted lovely Barista! He makes me and my girlfriend feel so loved every time we come here ! This is the most uplifting environment for me and my girl to come sip delicious lattes and work on our computers. We get soooo excited on our way here every time! I highly recommend!

Love that they have old pinball and arcade machines, and there's a good amount of seating, but with nowhere to plug things in that I could see. We did, however, wait about half an hour for our food to come out only to realize the chef never even got our order. On top of that, their espresso is really bold, making simple drinks like a Cortado really rough. It seems they make their drinks extra sweet to make up for it. We also asked for for-here cups and they gave us to-go cups. They also don't seem to bus the tables at all, which just seems pretty dangerous, considering they serve food.Overall had a bad experience, likely won't ever come back here.

I had to wait in line for 5 minutes to wait for the clerk to finish having a full conversation with her friend who customer without any acknowledgement or awareness of my presence. Also, I ordered the $9 cucumber toast which was the biggest rip off. It was the skimpiest slice of bread with a few slivers of cucumbers.

I recently went here with my baby and had the best experience! Everyone was so friendly and they even had a high chair for my son. We had such a great mom/son coffee date and would highly recommend it! Not to mention the best latte and croissants. They had the cutest little play area for little ones as well.Kid-friendliness: High chair, kids toys, friendly staff

I was in the shopping center where this coffee shop is located on a weekday afternoon so decided to go in and sit, relax, and go through emails while enjoying a coffee and pastry. It was a good idea, anyway.Once inside I immediately realized that my plans were going awry. Every table, both inside and out, were occupied by laptop campers, many of which were single people at tables made for four. This seems to be all too common and, since I usually prefer to sit inside a coffee shop and enjoy my coffee, a big factor in persuading me against a return visit. The staff were nice enough. I ordered one of their specialty coffees - an orange mocha - and selected a chocolate croissant from their pastry case. In a couple minutes both were ready, the mocha in a paper cup and the croissant in a covered container. I guess they could see I wasn't going to find a place to sit so gave it to me as take out. With zero seating available, I noticed just outside their side door were a bunch of rock-like sculptures which were apparently designed as seating. I took a seat on one even though they were all filthy and terribly uncomfortable. The orange mocha was great, sort of like having one of those chocolate oranges you find on store shelves around Christmas time. Immediately drinkable, the mocha flavor with a background of orange flavor was quite lovely. The more I drank the more prevalent the orange flavor became. Not sure if it was meant to be like that but I really liked it.When I opened the container with the chocolate croissant, they had heated it up, which normally would be appreciated, but since it was placed inside this closed container it had become a soggy, doughy, disgusting mess. The moisture caused it to no longer be a crisp, flakey croissant but a blob with a wee bit of liquified, scalding-hot chocolate within it. I had a few bites and threw it out. Anyone who knows me knows that I have never ever thrown out a chocolate croissant. But this was truly a turd of a croissant, easily the worst I've ever had.My advice - if you must enter the doors of this place, don't expect to find a table, just get your drink to-go and avoid the pastries.

You can find me here weekly for my end of the week lunch treat. It's always busy here but it's quick to get a drink. I alway get the special seasonal lattes. I can't say the espresso shot is expressed well but what High Tide does best is flavorful, perfectly sweet lattes. I think other places make way too sugary, cloying lattes. The spices and sugar are balanced well. I miss their PSL but will try their winter drinks. Though, I'm not too much of a fan of their FKN selections; the FKN bakery store has better breads. I wish they would mix up their baked goods selection a bit more.
