Excellent service and delicious subs. Jersey Mikes giant Original sub has abundant meat and cheeses. Their award program is the best. A free Giant sub with our points. I highly recommend this shop. Every one is friendly.

Visited on Sunday, 11/5/2023. The JMS team was slammed with a big influx of hungry customers; major kudos to how they all professionally & adeptly handled all the incoming orders. All the JMS team members were wonderful, but I regret not having gotten the name of the super-amazing young woman who got our order, apologized for the delay, sliced the meat, rallied the troops, notified the team of what was coming up, and kept things going; she is a super star! Kudos also to the awesome cashier who helped me with our order & guided me through the app so I could get credit for my purchase on the app; she "thought beyond the box" & brought a positive resolution to a problem. Definitely recommend this location!

This is the worst Jersey Mike , used to be great , they keep changing employees and by the time they are trained we eat lousy sandwiches , the owner must be no good no one wants to work for him or they quit .

I had an awesome roast beef sandwich prepared at this location. All the ingredients were fresh & tasty and the bread was soft! Best part, they didn't skimp on the meat like many other locations! The staff was very friendly and courteous and the ambiance was welcoming.

The Greenfield location owner bullied me He trains for speed not accuracy. It's the customers responsibility for the order to be correct. This controlling owner who clearly bullied me, refused to address the issue of listening to customer answers to questions. He only wants their focus to be speed, he knew he was bulling me, just because one does not swear does not mean they are not attacking another human which is wrong. His interests are his store and not his customers. Controlling people refuse to see things from anyone elses perspective He told me to repeat myself several times rather than ask people to listen

I eat frequently at this Jersey Mike's but it isn't the only one I visit. That being said, this store contains some of the best trained team members I have seen out of several locations. In fact, for those of you who can relate, the speed and ease at which these champions of sandwich magic are able to turn out such high quality products is amazing. I would compare it to a finely tuned infield of a baseball team. These guys absolutely KILL IT when it comes to customer service!! It's why I eat there so much!!Great quality sandwiches, incredibly fast service, clean establishment and excellent customer experience with service all the way around!! I can tell that the effects of a solid management team makes this place rock!!Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options and also selections for the kids
