I went to pick up my drinks and asked the employee if they had drink carriers. The female mid 20s employee with brown hair doesn’t make any eye contact with me and then rudely tells me I need to make sure I say “please”. Poor attitude and customer service. I won’t be back to this location.

I wasn’t going to write a review because this Starbucks has some great people working but there is one or two that has been not only rude also very bossy and an attitude every time…one of them is Bella….every time I walk in to this location and I do almost every day this girl has giving me an attitude and has rolled her eyes at me but I ignored it because there is other that work there that are very nice and professional….a couple months back I ordered and Bella prepared my order was very rude I asked for a carrier for my 3 drinks she rudely said that they don’t give carrier or bags out if it’s under 4 drinks?she was very bossy and rude I answered ok never mind I was super confused because I have been always getting a carrier and bag especially since I make big orders on a daily…this has been stuck in my head how bad I was treated by her and knowing I go to this location every day and leave at least $15-$35…next couple days I spoke to the supervisor didn’t know Bella’s name by then only remembered her having dark brown hair and that she was a little shorter couldn’t even remember her face just knew that there is two girls young with brown shoulder long hair one of them by the way super sweet so I told the supervisor that I wasn’t sure which one of them it was he said he would talk to her which he then said it’s probably Bella he also smirked about her behavior which I indicated that this probably wasn’t even her first time doing to a customer…but he then never followed up with me…after that it has been even worse she gives me an attitude rolls her eyes at me ect until a couple days ago where I finally had enough I walked in she rolled her eyes at me she was supposed to take my order after seeing me she again rolled her eyes at me then left in the back with a mean face and tried calling someone else to take my order super unprofessional and rude…I asked for the manager who I have been known since 4 years from his previous shop..I told him that I don’t expect an apology but she could at least be professional after her treating me very rudely and unprofessional...his answer to this was since the last incident she feels very uncomfortable?I said what incident he said it seemed like you purposely mixed the two girls up because they are both Hispanic??I was shocked not only that I was being blamed by her unprofessional terrible customer service that wasn’t even mentioned now he tried to give all excuses why she had been rude and unprofessional he then said that she had anxiety and that she has been feeling uncomfortable since then ??he also said he will let her know to work on her face expression??like what???..I’m done not going to this location anymore I have been nothing but nice to everyone and this is his unprofessional responds to me and no apology ??? Not only am I half Latina I also suffer from anxiety and ptsd this has never happened to me..I worked in this industry too and customer service and customer satisfaction was extremely important to me..never ever have I been treated like this before..Maddie that works at Starbucks was the only one that showed empathy and apologized for what has happened which it isn’t even her fault but shows how sweet and professional she is but the manager Mohammad didn’t even apologized or offered my money back all he did was trying to blame me for Bella’s unprofessional rude behavior…was the last time I went there this location lost a big customer..but I’m sure they won’t care anyways…this is how you get treated for buying on a daily at Starbucks??

Tiffany was super helpful & pleasant despite my order of 8 drinks. Every drink came out as ordered and within just a few minutes even though they were busy with drive thru customers. Nice work, Starbucks. You hired good people at this location:)

This is the worst Starbucks. There is a drive through line, but even with a 5-6 car buffer your order is still not ready when you get to the window.I just want coffee but have wait behind cars ordering special drinks and food. That take so long to make, you are stuck!I was in line for 35 minutes, just to get a coffee.I can run this place better than the current manager. Just needs to be set up correctly.But til then, go to somewhere else.I received a reply on my post above. It said to contact Starbuck's to let them know of my experience. I followed their link, it just went to the home page, no place to continue the conversation from the review. Starbuck's does NOT want to talk or deal with customers, it is obvious! $3 for a cup of coffee and they still can't run the place right. I accualy called customer service and after holding for 10-15 minutes, the agent hung up because I questioned the information he said he needed before I could get help. He wanted the phone number of the store from me, I didn't have it. I did give him store location with street and zip code. Not good enough, he hung up without notice.When "you" go to Starbuck's (any location) does it look like they are in control or are so disorganized it takes two to three times longer to get service than at other vendors? YES!!

Kathy refused to serve me at 8:09Pm. She served the person in front of me and then said WE'RE CLOSED! I handed her my giftcard. I will NEVER use Starbucks ever again. I will spread the word. Unreal! Absolute laziness. I'd give zero stars if I could. Wasted my gas going to the last location open. Lazy. Kathy is rude and shouldn't have a job.

I ordered a drink at the front window and the woman, Bella who was working the window misheard our order. She proceeded to be very short and snappy making my family uncomfortable.

Ordered my usual drink and tipped over 20%…. The drink was made wrong, with no classic sugar, when I had even paid to get extra. I went back inside to ask for more pumps and was not greeted warmly and was barely assisted. I work in the customer service industry and would never give such lousy service, especially after receiving a nice tip. Do better.

Plenty of parking and seating. Tidy. Friendly service but short staffed so slow. Love that they are a drop off spot for Toys for Tots. Standard SB beverages and foods.

Worst Starbucks experience I’ve had. They gave 1/2 drinks and completely forgot the second drink. Had to ask two times waited half an hour total while other customers passed us by. They’re joking around and singing too much behind the bar. Definitely don’t recommend going to this location.

The girl in the drive thru always gets an attitude with me when I say I’m here to get a mobile order. She asked me to circle around and get in line again because it was recently placed. Excuse me…… how is that any different than ordering in the drive thru? Why do you give us a drive thru option if you want mobile orders to come inside?

Unbelievable bathroom filth. Ordered drinks. Used restroom while waiting. Restroom had paper on floor in every corner. Trash by door overflowing. It's more a reflection of the customers, but gnarly.
