I love Subway but my complaint about this location is that they say they're open until 8pm; however, they close and workers leave at 645-7pm and the hours have the lake Forest address even though this is laguna Niguel. My issue is with the workers who are taking advantage and leaving early which makes the company look bad. This is about the 4th time I've been to this Subway and they open late or close early.

Very disappointed in the new ownership. Unfriendly, not helpful, condescending and after many years of patronizing this location we won't be back. They're "not able" to make my 8 year old a sandwich the way she's been ordering from this location for 6 years. White bread kids sandwich with turkey, bacon and salami. Easy. Staff seems intimidated and aren't customer friendly. We drive out of our way to go to the crown valley and niguel location now. Friendly service and they are happy to make our food the way we like it.

Dora, if that's her name?? An older overweight woman... Is that Dora? Did she tell me her correct name? My husband and I came from the beach. And when the homes go down we want to move to Dana Point. I am aware this location is in Laguna Nigel. But borders Dana. We have been to this location last year. And the kid making our sandwiches was nice! So, we went to church, then to look at a home and then went to the park where I had my husbands birthday. Anyway, just expressing that we never had any problems in Dana. Until this last Sunday .... My husband pushed the chairs over to the shade, so we can order our sandwhich on their app. So Dora comes out the back/side door and says the seats are for customers only. I told her I'm going to order on line. Then she closed the door. There was not anyone in the establishment or outside. Only one guy eating in the front as we were on the side. It's not like they were busy!!! As we were going to order on line... I got to thinking.... I have to deal with this lady again when I go in. So we got up and left. Before we left I went in to ask her her name. I couldn't understand her when I asked 3 times. As I was leaving I poked my head back in. And she was laughing with a young girl. I told her it's not funny. Someone needs to talk to her. I'd like a return reply please. She is rude and I don't want anyone else to be treated like that. Rude!

Snagged some subway for dinner tonight. To go.Place in Laguna Niguel is clean-tonight it was stocked with the add ons (lettuce pickles cucumbers etc) Was a very easy in & out?

I like Subway and ate here with a friend a few weeks ago, but when this particular Subway has a prominent sign that requests patrons to wear something across their nose and mouth to enter the building and both employees are doing the same, so it is required of them, then there are better places to eat nearby. If employees and patrons choose to wear items on their face, fine, but to require/request it, no thank you. This is April, 2022. If this is an old sign from a few months ago, please take it down. You can request it, you may not enforce it for customers, but I can choose to eat healthy elsewhere, such as the deli of the major grocery store in the same parking lot.

Workers are awesome and food is amazing. It truly tastes really good its just I never see anyone in the resteraunt.

this owner of this restaurant lets people work their then fires them for no reason , and he literally has roaches , and that light mayo isn't even light mayo he puts regular mayo in the light mayo and just calls it light , and the lemonades by the soda machine go bad in 24 hours , they expire but he's so cheap he leaves it in their until people finish it and that takes days , i know this cuz i worked here for 2 weeks and i barley started getting trained when he just took me off the schedule for no reason and when i asked him why he made a d*** excuse saying when he comes back for vacation in a week that he will call me into work , it's been 4 and a half weeks , and he lies and gets mad at the teenage kids that wanna focus of school , he doesn't want them to go to school he rather them work all day and morning . i think that's really wrong and nobody should eat at this nasty disgusting place
Its cozy but the staff is nice a d it is well kept. All the of stuff for the sandwiches are super fresh. Absolute quality!

I have been eating here for a long time but was disappointed today. They no longer have shredded mozzarella...it's $2 more for "fresh mozzarella" when the old kind was fine. Even brown mustard is gone.Also, the daily specials have been changed to only a combo, so if you don't want chips and a drink there is no option.Normally enjoy my meal here but not today.

This is and has been my favorite subway for a while. They always have the best service and friendly faces, especially Diana who makes the best sandwiches!

Worst Subway ever. Do NOT ever order from this store. The employees are extremely rude and get your order wrong. I eat a subway at least 3 times a week and this store is one you need to skip. There are other Subway stores in the area, so do yourself a favor and skip this store. This store will make you sick.

Ordered on my phone today for pick up this afternoon.... sandwiches were phenomenal!!! I'm sorry i didn't get sandwich makers name, but both of our sandwiches were so delicious, fresh, perfect amount of meat veggies and dressing. LOVE this Laguna Niguel location!! Thank you
