Very nice addition to Arrowhead Village. We missed The Grill when it left this location. We were very happy when Cadillac Cowboy finally opened. The food was very tasty and fairly priced. We have only had lunch there, but it looks like it would be fun for drinks or dinner. The bar has a great whiskey selection.
Paid $19 for a pulled-pork sandwich that came out with a tiny pile or pork and was not even slightly warm. On the plus side, service was great, country vibe inside was fun, and the french fries were delicious. Bbq sauce on the table tasted good, just wish the food value/quantity/quality was alittle better.

Staff were nice that we met. But food not the best. It's sad in bbq the fries were the best part. All our food came out warm, slightly warm if that very sad. Not going back there. The brisket wasn't even tender and juicy . Such a shame. Spent over $200 for 3 people tonight . Disappointed ?
