I was trying to find parking in the parking lot, when a white car jetted in and took the handicapped spot then the driver used a key to let himself in BL Tea. I had to park further away than I wanted and by the time I was parked the man was still inside. I told them this isn't right he denied worked there (he had a key) then claimed he was delivering something then the lady in a lavender shirt (refused to give her name) she then said he was actually her boyfriend).I asked for the managers number and got a number that has no service.He has a key, he might work there or might not, he delivers to the store and is the boyfriend of the woman at the front wearing a lavender top.Either way that isn't appropriate for a cafe to allow their staff or staff significant others to block handicapped parking for the whole small parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: They let the staff block handicapped parking

This cute place in Del-taco plaza. Plenty of free parking. My go to for AMAZING & UNIQUE DRINKS! I got the Vietnamese iced coffee with coffee noodles and UBE foam get it half sweet!!! Kids liked theirs as well. Don't forget to ask for stamp card!

There are so many interesting options and many that are non-caffeinated. I was feeling something with black Sesame and they allowed me to put the paste on any of the option drinks so I did it with earl Grey. It was nice but might work better with milk tea.I also tried the milky moon and the Salted egg cream was delicious. My favorite so far. I tried the purple rice drink too at 25% sweetness and while I appreciate the lightness and the rice as a topping, I think I need to add a foam or something else to have more flavor.

Hands down one of my top 3 boba places in the valley.The ube with cream cheese foam was so delicious and you could taste bits of ube.It wasn't so sweet and not so bitter, just right amount of sweetness..It's a esthetically pleasing inside with nice music, great place for bringing your friends , family or a date..If youre visiting the valley, you NEED to come taste the local boba at this place.This place is just as good as boba snow house..This place is small and nice for a little refresher.They have deserts which are tasty.I recommend the strawberry shortcake..I always order the coffee items, always the best..
Came here for a late night catch up sesh with my cousin and it was the perfect place to hangout, they closed at 10pm on a Wednesday. The interior was def my vibe with many plants and rattan / wicker furniture pieces. The staff was also very friendly and they kept the place very clean.The drinks and dessert were delicious! I got the Strawberry Milk and my cousin got the Milo Dalgona (both non caffeine since it was already late). Mine had fresh fruit in it and his dalgona had the crumbles on top. The pistachio cake was light, fluffy, and not too sweet! I haven't had boba in San Fernando Valley for a while, but looking forward to come back here and try the rest of the menu.

one of my faves in the valley for sure. menu can be overwhelming but honestly i have a hard time deciding because everything sounds good.This shop offers more than a lot of the other boba shops in the valley - you can tell it is not a chain but you can tell they have inspo from shops in sgv or oc. you can adjust sweetness and ice levels as usual. They have pretty solid boba her - the right amount of chew. I am a fan of their creme brulee drink but I have had four seasons tea and it is one of my faves to order here. They have desserts outside of the drinks like waffles, cookies and cakes - definitely worth a try if your are in the area. Note the best park but there is a lot - be mindful there is a del taco drive through that can block parking options.

Not a fan of the taste, the price and how long it took to get my drinks. My first and last time as a customer.1 star is the lady at the cash register was nice and patient since it was my first time there.1 star for having a bathroom and a parking lot.The blood dragon milk tea tasted like artificial sweetener and I even had it at 75% sweetness. I paid for black sugar boba but the boba tasted plain with no sweetness at all. This large drink cost $6 with the useless topping at $0.85. I also asked for light ice and it looked to have regular amount of ice (but I get it everyone has a different opinion on ice amounts so what may be too much for me is less for another). Another item which has no taste to it either is the red bean. Man I have never had a disappointing tasting red bean and I've had so many in my life.I still waited 5 minutes after going to the restroom. It shouldn't take that long to make two beverages in my opinion.
