Our server was a nice girl named "kenney "but she was very attentive and the gentleman helping her out who's name unfortunately do not recall made our experience they're great we had to sit outside there were three of us. One of us ordered a simple bean and cheese burrito with your delicious enchilada sauce over the top in my garden you would never think that two ingredients wrapped in a tortilla could taste so good with that sauce but it was incredible. The other one of us had shredded beef tacos served on a beautiful platter the presentation was almost art like but the freshness of the lettuce that she's in the flavor of the meat combined to make this juicy morsel almost mouthwateringly melting in terms of texture and quality LOL I have the shredded beef quesadilla to keep it simple I found that I wanted another one as soon as I was done because their homemade salsa even though it's mild it has this unique thing to it that you kind of find inviting in a fresh onion only the tomatoes make your mouth water more and as a brilliantly made salsa. It was wonderful pleasant and I'm going there again. the chips and salsa I couldn't stop eating so be careful that stuffs addictive lol!

I just ordered for delivery, So thankful to all you. I take my mom here every so often and with the Covid going on we stay home. I decided to try the delivery service and ordered food and Margaritas. The food was off the hook as well as the Margarita's. If I could give you 10 stars, I would. Nothing better than supporting our local business, keep strong and keep the great service going. Will order again for sure, Thank Las Hadas!

I feel sad to give such a lackluster review. The restaurant is lovely-nice walkway, the restaurant booth walls are high and give each party a feeling of privacy. The bar/karaoke area is about 3xs larger than the dining area, and looks good for a fun night out. The staff are kind and thoughtful Fine: -Lots of parking -Beans and rice -Guacamole -Chips when they're hot -Complimentary spicy salsa Here are my issues: -Taquitos- dry and tasteless -Enchiladas rancheras- red sauce dull, tasted like it was canned -I heard two guys in their 20s talking loudly as they left the bathroom. Then I saw one go behind the register area- didn't look like he took anything- and the 2nd guy go around the outside of the register area. I let management know but I didn't feel safe there.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Where to even begin?!? A friend invited me to lunch here and told me they had a really cool live big band playing for the brunch hours. When I walked in at 1:15 the music was GREAT! I sat down to watch the performance and thank god my friend had already pre-ordered me a margarita because we did not see a waitress for another 45 minutes when we finally received the chips, salsa and guacamole my friend ordered before I arrived. And this was after my friend went to the bar to inquire about our order. The chips were delivered and we were not asked if we were ready to order entrees. I was distracted talking to other patrons about the performance that had just ended at 2pm and the chips were just dropped at our table with no communication. At this point we should have called it a day and gone elsewhere but we decided they were just busy and understaffed and now that the crowd had cleared out we'd receive decent service. Wrong! When I finally ordered I asked if I could do a combo shrimp and steak fajitas because it wasn't on the menu. The waitress said yes, so I ordered assuming this would be around the same price as their most expensive fajita plate, which is how they price combo fajitas at ANY OTHER MEXICAN RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! After ordering, our food finally came out in waves. First my fajita platter was delivered but I had no silverware or napkin and no plate or tortillas for the fajitas. Then my friends order came, then I had to ask for my plate with guacamole and Pico and the waitress brought out flour instead of corn tortillas that I ordered. Then I had to ask for silverware AGAIN. The food was fine, nothing spectacular. Guacamole sucked, and for $11 it should be fresh, possibly made table side, it was not neither. Chips were cold and didn't seem fresh. I asked for a skinny margarita and instead of using fresh lime juice, they used "Roses" lime juice which comes outta a bottle and is, guess what? SWEETENED! How do I know? I'm a bartender, and I am sensitive to sugar since I do my best to avoid it. If I ask for skinny that means NO SUGAR! Still we didn't complain and I wouldn't have if the next issue hadn't occurred. We get the bill and my friend just pays it without looking at it. The waitress brings it back and I glance at it, noticing they charged $36 for my fajitas! What?!?! Shrimp fajitas are $18 on their menu so I ask why we were charged $36-double the price on the menu. The waitress tells me because they charged for shrimp fajitas and steak fajitas...that's what I ordered. But I didn't order two separate plates. I wanted 1/2 and 1/2 which they told me they could do. I wasn't told it would be double the price for ordering a mix of protein. Why would it be? I ask to talk to a manager and I'm assuming the owner and his wife come out. After arguing with me and repeatedly telling me "Well you ate the food didn't you?" (not the point!) by what I assume was the female owner, she asked me "So you want your food for free?" And then threw a $20 bill at me. Are you f*#king kidding me?!? Unbelievable. Possibly some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life and I'm highly offended I was accused of trying to get a free meal. I was ready to recommend this place to friends and get a group going purely for the live band they had playing but I WILL NOT be returning and I hope that the management/owners take a serious look at themselves and how they run their establishment. There's a reason this place has 2 1/2 stars and was absolutely EMPTY after the band left.

The food is horrible, it doesn't taste good at all. Music very loud and service slow. Will never go and recommend anyone.

Terrible food with no flavor and drinks are poor quality. The bathroom is untidy. Don't waste your time or money.

Food is good, restaurant looks dated, making it look dirty. Most importantly service needs work. No accountability on errors, servers lack good customer service, in particular a server named Linda, clueless. Fajitas were ordered and we never got the tortillas, food got cold by the time the correct tortillas came around. At the next table people weren't getting their food or drink refills. At another table she brought the wrong dish, the customer felt bad returning even though it was Linda's fault and no credit was given for the price difference, we happen to know this family that frequents the restaurant regularly for the last 34 year! Highly recommend you go elsewhere where the servers have class and customer service training, unlike Linda.

Used to live in Northridge, before I moved to Az. I loved Las Hadas, so while staying at a frendz, I made a recommendation to go to Las Hadas today. I said this place is so great they even put black olives on your enchiladas, which I believe is the only place they belong, besides on a salad with great ranch dressing. Speaking of which, their dressing is no longer one I would actually order a salad with. i hated the ranch so much I asked for blue cheese, which had no blue cheese in it. Then came the slow service being we were one of 3 people in there. Anyhoo, a bug fell from the sky, looking much like a cock roach - they promised was a water bug, then the manager came. No free desert, no 10% off, will never recommend again. No more strawberries in their margaritas, and asking for hotter salsa - will lead the server to questioning your tolerance for pain.

I used to come here and the food was good and the servers were good too but there was this new person there and she gave us the wrong plates my I was with a friend and she opened the food she said she had beef and I had the chicken and it was supposed to be the other way around I told her if she can take it back and if we can get a new one and then she said but I would have to pay for it I was surprised to hear something like that and I'd ask to speak to the manager and I never got a chance to speak to the manager she did send it back but what a way to send it back

The food is okay, wouldn't recommend their shrimp; Bomb chicken nachos, good margaritas and spiked mangoneadas and awesome dance floor on nights when they have live music or DJs The restaurant is separate from the dance floor but they also have tables and food/ drink service at the dance floor I've come here many times to dance with my sisters and mom They play a variety of Latin music from salsa to cumbia and merengue

Good service with okay food. I went with a group of coworkers and everyone thought their food was good. I ordered the carne Asada Arrachera which I was really excited for. The carne Asada was barely even seasoned ... maybe with a pinch of salt but that's it. It had no real flavor to it so I had to cover it with the beans to get through half of it. Then halfway through I realized I never got the guacamole. Also .... I never got to choose if I wanted cheese enchilada, Chile relleno, or a taco. She moved on so fast I didn't even realize I didn't choose. Provided the waitress may have not been used to working with a group of 8 people but still.... she could have slowed down to get the orders right. Last time I was here the food was a whole lot better so maybe don't order this plate I ordered this time.

Believe the reviews!! The food is horrible. I can't believe they are still in business. Furthermore, the restaurant has a terrible odor. The women's restroom has one stall that is missing a door. We were there last night with a very large group for a birthday party. They gave us 1 server. 1 server for that entire party( at least 30 people). I had shrimp fajitas. I said NO tomatoes and what do you know, there were 2 large slices of tomato on the platter. Speaking of the platter, this was the first time in my life that I ordered fajitas that the platter didn't sizzle. That tells me everything. Even the fajitas from Chilis sizzles. LOL. There were a total of 6 shrimp on the platter with some onion that was not cooked. The shrimp were bland AF. I had to add salt to the food and I never salt food in a restaurant. The chips were stale as well. Avoid at all costs.

A Grand Mexican Restaurant that has survived the test of time...and realestate. Stopped in to make sure the nearby redevelopment did not include them...It does not. Thoughtfully worn in perhaps, however the warmth, food, drinks and service- never falter. A family favorite is Tuesday Mariachi in the Lounge. Which we made a small booth reservation for. Two sets of a beautiful full Mariachi (no harp) included with your food and drink. Between sets a DJ plays big latin music; Cumbia, Tambora, Merengue, and the dance floor fills up! The menu is currently being updated and adjusted, I read on letterhead posted by the Management. It has always been vegetarian friendly, and look forward to what Las Hadas reveals next. The Bartenders serve up classic and contemporary drinks. Lunch in the dining room would be my second favorite experience...all the vintage Booths you could want!
