Food is good. Customer service needs some work though. I'm sitting here waiting 45 minutes now for a sandwich while other customers come and go with their food. Yelp said my order would be ready between 1:17PM and 1:27PM. It's now 2:05. Other customers have come and gone but I'm still here waiting for a tuna sandwich. The staff is acting like it's a joke. I'm gonna walk out of here in two minutes if my food isn't ready.

Old reliable. #5 or #6 with extra meat and no cilantro. It's been my order for literal decades and will never change. Add egg rolls and spring rolls and it's a family meal for under $30. Delicious!

I go here when I crave banh mi. Every time I go tho, they never have beignets. Like don't advertise if you're not going to make them. They also take forever to make a sandwich. Every other banh mi place is faster and I get my food within 5 minutes. Also today I got spring rolls. These are food that you don't need to cook so it shouldn't take long. Spring rolls can also be pre-made and kept in the fridge so it's ready. I usually wait 15 minutes to get my food here and it shouldn't take that long for food you don't need to cook. I'll stick to the viet place closer to me. Plus they never have beignets when I go here, pointless.

It is very horrible Vietnamese sandwich I ever had the bun supposed to be crispy not at all the didn't warm the bread for us ingredients inside not fresh have some bad smell. I'm at big fan of Lee sandwich in Orange County side. This location disappointed me very much go with subway better

Horrible. I loved this place until they changed the croissant sandwich. It was soft bread, but now they have longer, thinner, and harder bread. However, this is not the reason I'm writing a review. Yesterday I got a croissant sandwich with thick curly hair. It was very disgusting. I don't want to go to this place anymore.

Sloooow service and no prices on menu. People waiting 30 minutes for sandwiches. Servers are sluggish

Although I agree this place has excellent iced coffee - the service is what will throw you off. They are strict and don't expect to be treated with hospitality. Tried the triple shot vanilla iced coffee and it will wake you up- it's VERY caffeinated. The inside is an oasis of plants and beautiful decor. Just wish the customer service was better!

Bread is good, but sandwich is OK. They have a lot of selections which is nice. But the amount of meat you get in the sandwich makes the sandwich just OK.

I was in the area and have always wanted to stop by but the exterior of building is not appealing at all. I came in on a Friday morning for some Vietnamese coffee . Coffee $5.50 It was delicious, it hit the spot and did it's Job. The interior has a lot of plants and selections for cold beverages. Inside seating and restrooms available Service is good and employees are polite

The. Coffee. Is. Everything. It's like crack (if I knew what crack feels like but from the crazy things people do to get it, it's like crack)

I would have given them five stars except they didn't show their prices. Their big menu board that listed all their sandwiches had spots for the prices, but they were all blank. I ordered 5 sandwiches and a coffee and the total was about $53 so I guess the sandwiches were about $10 each, but I'm not sure of the exact amount. I think it is a very poor business practice to not show the prices. Other Lee's Sandwiches locations do show prices, but not this one.Vegetarian options: Two vegetarian sandwiches, one of which is vegan.

Used to be my favorite banh mi place but I went today and everything was just off. The bread usually taste fresh and today it was stale, all the veggies inside also tasted old and they hella skimped out on the meat. Another complaint is I ordered spring rolls (which also tasted old) and they gave me soy sauce instead of the peanut butter hoisin sauce idk if it's just me but I've never been given soy sauce for spring rolls especially because they advertised it with the peanut butter sauce. I understand inflation is hurting a lot of businesses but to serve old food and be okay with it is unacceptable.

Best Vietnamese coffee in the Valley! Used to always come by in the morning for this one. A definite must-try

I grabbed 3 sandwiches to go! They were delicious as usual from Lee's! The clerk was really friendly too! I'm already thinking about my next visit.
