I've been shopping this location since it was open. The employees here are very attentive and also very nice, and always clean. I have noticed the store has been cutting quite a few items over the past couple of months. You can't tell by looking at the shelves, because their always stocked well. I will mention 2 items missing on my last ( twice a week) shopping. This one really got me because it's their store brand. Wide Awake Cold Brew Coffee. They have other brands, but they dont even come close to the one now missing, very depressing to me. The other item I didn't find was MOTHER'S' cookies ( English Tea) If they would bring the coffee back I would give them a great big 5 stars. Here is an idea for the Management to consider: If a product isn't selling well enough maybe you should do a taste comparison( with management staff) along with the other brands you sell. If you did so you would find out that your store brand was the best! (I've already done it, starbucks was ok, but the others were really bad.) Then maybe get with your vendor and arrange a tasting for the customers very close to the refrigerated aea where it is sold. I'm very sure this would show the cold brew drinkers who has the best! it's your own brand Thanks for the time.

I purchased several pounds of flap meat from this location and when I arrived home noticed that there was a strong stench coming from the meat package. To confirm, I opened the meat package and sure enough all the meat wreaked! I immediately called Staterbros to address the issue/concern, spoke to the lead person at the meat section who advised that "the smell was normal" as it was transported ALL THE WAY FROM AUSTRALIA!!!!

I thought I was being followed until I realized the employees were saying hello to everyone. it really was a great feeling walking in and being welcomed! Groceries are so much $$$ it's nice to feel greeted. Shout out to Cleo, Kyle, Frank and Shannon

I ordered cupcakes for my gender reveal. I specified that they put either a blue or pink filling inside the cupcake based on my baby's gender. I left them an envelope with my baby's gender for them to open and put appropriate color for filling. There was no filling inside. My gender reveal with my immediate family was ruined!

Attn: Shannon Manne (GM) This location closes at 11pm. Yet your deli closes at 8pm. Had to drive to another staterbros to shop for my groceries. Please advise on why your deli is close at 8pm? If this is normal protocol, then please post hours of operation for your deli. I don't like to waste my time.

So I walked into the store do you know the store is it always has one price and then when you go it rings up as a different price obviously Amanda who helped me at 3:15 today on Friday I've had plenty people get a little upset at her my 299 chips rang up 499 and she said oh that's if you buy three I said no I took a picture because you guys always do this. If she had to come back at me and go there in us it's the machines, I'm in stater brothers so again fuck the customer they suck who gives a shit how about this? Fuck you stay at her brothers that's why I go to Aldie but my grandson wanted these fucking chips. Think I'm a little pissed off I'm sick of being treated like shit by every fucking body

Love the grocery pick up at this stater bros on mission trail. Plus you get a goodie bag each time you pick up your order. I would highly recommend this store. It's my favorite. Everyone is so nice there too.
The store off Mission Trail is always busy because this location has a lot to offer that attracts people, people from the other side of town pass by the other store that is closer to them, drive a couple miles more just to shop at this store! Haha it's a lot cleaner and more presentable. The produce is supplied by local produce growers like Bautista Creek which is like 30 miles away from the store so the produce is always fresh and the produce clerks are always removing produce off their shelves if it has the slightest blemish or imperfection. It's a great happening positive environment if your wanting to come shop with your whole family because all of the cashier's on the front end are always friendly and positive and they look out for you, one time the cashier tanner noticed my bag of flour had a rip in it, and he got me another one and told me "if I wouldn't sell it to my mom, I wouldn't sell it to my customers" lol all the cashier's are that way, Mayra and Dennis are great too! And the managers of the store actually care about the customer service unlike Walmart or other stores the managers aren't involved with the customers and often don't engage and connect with customers but Shannon and Jeff are really big on customer service and that why I keep coming back to this store! Once you start shopping here and get to know everyone that's what happens lol I'm really big on customer service and in this digital age those important things are being lost to self check outs but not at this store!

I gotta leave my Stater Bros in Lake Elsinore a review because this store deserves it! Every time I come in the cashiers on the front end are always positive and always making me smile! This last time I came in, the cashier seemed to be in a good mood and I asked him why he is in such a good mood and he told me "I love my job so much that I would be a volunteer" haha I wish I remembered his name but I was so busy preoccupied with talking with the cashier and he made me laugh because he told me "Mrs im going to bag the groceries myself on your order because I wouldn't want any of the rookies or new timers making any mistakes on your groceries, I only want the best working on your order Mrs! I'm going to bag your groceries like I would bag it for my mom"!! When he said that I couldn't stop laughing I literally laughed all the way home because of that one haha! Big Shout out to the store Management, I've noticed positive changes in the store since Shannon took over from the previous manager! The other Managers were great, I really liked Felix too because you could always catch him with the customers being of service! But the new Store Management has done something with the store in a positive way, I can't put my finger on it but it seems like the environment in the store isn't dead, it's very much a lively place to be, everyone seems to be happy and in a good mood! It really rubs off on people! Thank you Shannon and Store Management!"

I went in today and I usually get their sushi which is decent but today I got their full platter and all of the rolls were bad. The rice was so hard and stale and the ginger tasted awful. Super bummed out since I really enjoy their sushi.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They stole $100 from me.Bought a petsmart gift card with my groceries, probably a few week ago. I was going to send it as a gift, but turns out the person didn't need it after all. So I had it set aside & went to use it yesterday, come to find out, it had $0 on it! I watched the clerk scan it in the system and specifically told them how much to put on the card.So beware if you buy gift cards from this grocery store. You're better off buying directly from the actual place.
