I love chick fil and I’m not gonna stop going, my usual order is 4 ct chicken strips. I usually go through the drive through but recently when I get my chicken strips they only give me 3 and one time it was only 2.. and when I’m driving I’m not gonna check the bag so I check when I’m home and I’m not gonna go back for a chicken strip. So that’s pretty annoying especially because I’m paying for 4. Today I went inside to order take out to avoid getting robbed of a chicken strip and I know it’s my bad for not checking it right when I got it but when I got home there was only 3. This has happened so many times just please check the boxes before you give them out.

I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, a quick look at my history will confirm that. However, the customer service I encountered at this particular location tonight left me truly disappointed. It's even more frustrating that this happened on a slow Monday evening. The drive-through attendant forgot to return my receipt and debit card. It wasn't until I was halfway home that I realized the card was missing. After contacting the location, they confirmed they had the card and offered an apology. Reluctantly, I had to turn back, wasting both time and gas. Upon returning to the location, the manager seemed indifferent, focusing on counting money in the register, but a kind lady eventually assisted us. Despite explaining the situation, the manager only offered cookies as an apology instead of a more substantial gesture like a fresh meal or a refund for the inconvenience caused by the forgetful associate. It was disheartening to see the same employee still overseeing the drive-through operations. Overall, the experience of having to request a fresh meal was quite disappointing. As a manager myself, leading a customer service team, I would have handled this situation with much more empathy and care.

I have tried many of their food items on the menu and just go there for my 5lb bag of ice and usually breakfast sandwiches which are the bomb. Oh and their chocolate shakes are killer too.

I LOVE their food and their service is always great, BUT I was a little (aka a lot) disappointed when I grabbed a wrap for lunch, and it was about half the size it usually is.....and it cost more since prices have gone up. Smh. Chick-fil-A....What happened to this one?
