Our family shops at Costco Lake Elsinore, CA & we've always been satisfied with this store's service & staff. We've always been loyal Costco customers, not only due to its competitive prices & high quality products. More importantly, we truly appreciate their customer service & post sales assistance. I reconfirmed this when I bought a Gel Fatigue Floor Mat yesterday, 03/04/24, which I inadvertently leff at the bottom of my shopping cart. I only noticed that I did not have the floor mat with me when I unloaded the items I bought. I felt so bad for being so forgetful! But I told myself that I'll return to Costco the next day just in case one of their staff in charge of collecting the shopping carts would find the floor mat & bring it to the store's lost & found. When I went to Costco's customer service counter the following day and showed my Costco receipt from the day prior, I was assisted by Elida. She was very helpful & looked into a log book of items that may have been lost & found. And lo and behold, the floor mat item on my receipt matched the floor mat's bar code that was turned in to customer service. Elida told me to just get another floor mat & return to her so she can clear me at the exit. That was how easy, efficient, & hassle free the process was for me to recover my item! Thank you Elida & the Costco Staff for all you do to us customers! This is indeed the right way, the Costco way! Ever Costco loyal, I remain!

In July 2023, I had my 2019 Lexus NX300 tires rotated. The tire center technician damaged my rims around the Lexus logo center of the rim. A claim was written where the tire center took responsibility for the damages but later recanted the claim. Store manager refused to take responsibility for the damages despite having a written document from the Tire Center that the damage was done. For months, I fought this claim and their insurance also denied any wrongdoing. Took it to the Bureau of Automotive Repairs and Costco continues to deny responsibility but was willing to only cut a check for $200. Guilty? I say so! Why cut me a check for only $200 when the damages were $800. Luckily, Chase Bank sided with me and refunded my entire transaction of over $800.00. For my feee tires but still have damages to the rim despite having written proof of the damages. Beware that these technicians are always in a rush and don't take the time to be careful of your rims. My recommendation, have the Tire or Store manager inspect your rims, take a video of the inspection prior to having your tires rotated or new tires slapped on. According to the Bureau of Automotive Repairs, this is a common problem with Costco Tire Centers and Sam's Club centers when they have untrained technicians rushing the jobs or are untrained. Lexus in Temecula stated that they would never allow damages like this to happen to their customers' vehicles...sloppy work according to Lexus.

At Costco you definitely save $$ in the long run. I come here to save on Paper Towels, TP, Coffee Beans, Creamer, Avocados , Bread, etc. The 2 Dozen Roses @ $18.99 blows away Flower Shop prices except on Mother's Day & Valentines Day. Some items are Rarely stocked like Seaweed Salad @ $9.99. Such a deal, four times as much as you'd get at Vons or a grocery store. Sometimes when I've got the time I'll walk all the aisles to see stuff I've missed, and it's good exercise.

Alex 'who apparently is the manager' at this place is Rude and has not clue what he's talking about. I looked up something he told me I couldn't return, a ring that broke into two pieces but he told me I couldn't return it, said "Sorry nothing we can do". but Costco's Policy says it has a Risk-Free 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on their products, nothing says unless a diamond is missing. If Costco sells me a defective product and it breaks in half obviously a small diamond in the ring is going to go missing. that doesn't void the policy and if it does it needs to state it otherwise don't buy Jewelry at Costco buy it with someone that you can have piece of mind knowing the product isn't defective.

Came in hangry and this lady named Marie Lou talked to me and asked what I was there for, (great start) and walked me to the steaks, even asked the meat cutter guy to trim some fat off, which saved me some handsome bucks, and she talked about seasoning, which helped ALOT, and then walked me to the register. She left me there and I was sad but GRADE A Employee. Give her a raise ASAP!!

The food court staff is rude most of the time. When it gets busy, they get flustered & take it out on customers. If you're not happy or can't take the heat, just quit & let someone else do a better job... otherwise just try to b nicer to customers. It's not that hard.
Been a member at Costco since it's merger with Price Club. Good quality merchandise with value prices provided you need the super-jumbo size bottle of something or a 6-pack rather than one individual item. Quality meats offered with both choice and prime grade beef. Generally good quality produce, although carefully check before you put it in your cart as I have on occasion seen some produce on display that should have already been discarded. Many beneficial services available at good prices including tires, pharmacy, vision, hearing, travel and insurance. The Costco food court is popular for a quick snack, although they have not returned the popular combination pizza to their menu board after dropping it a while back. Also, you can get a limited selection of soft drinks at the dispenser but curiously no Dr. Pepper which Costco sells inside the warehouse. Oh, and don't ask for a straw for your soft drink. Costco has removed the straw dispensers from the food court along with the diced onion dispenser for hot dogs. Ugh! A hot dog without onions is like ice tea without ice. The fuel station is usually busy offering competitive pricing, but be aware that diesel fuel is not available here as it is at the Costco in Temecula. And speaking of fuel, Costco switched their preferred credit card provider from American Express to Citibank a while back and Citibank's cash rewards plan has some deceptive language in the fine print. When they advertise 4% cash back on fuel purchases with their card, be warned that is only good at Costco and certain other gas stations. Many popular fuel stations will only get you 1% cash back. Overall three average stars for Costco Wholesale. Fix some issues mentioned herein and that is readily increased to four.

i have been with costco foe over 30 years ,but i don't what's happing to their service.they have people walking arround asking for your card so they can sell you a higher merbership .when i ask why you need my card the lady with the clip board said because you have too.they saw my card when i walked in and they are going to see it when you check out. they want you to go to the self checkout they treat you like a criminal who is going to rip them off i don't work for costco i don't have to checkout my grocery, the guy is standing over your head makes you uncomfortable . the self checkout is empty and people waiting in line i spend over $500 a month not including the gas.keep at it costco sam's club across the street is waiting for your costumer money.if you think you are doing us a favor taking our money think again.

We always get good deals here. Don, one of the managers is always very helpful and knowledgeable. If you have any questions, seek him out and he will help you. Today I got for new tires. It cost cost $824 after tax and installation and everything. They were very prompt and polite in the tire center. I would have preferred to pay less, but tires are expensive.

Costco worker Casey, helped a customer by lifting a heavy T.V without being asked. He had offered without being asked and when he had finished helping he had taken the orange cart back for the customer which we all had found very nice. Casey deserve's a raise we all agree.
