Iv notice many places neglect to hire staff with a personality suited to the service industry. Batter up stands out. Mark is one of the counter staff and has served me several times. He has a great personality and always spends the time to offer suggestions and answer any questions I have . The cranberry Orange Scone is my favorite! It is the best one Iv eaten anywhere. So many different flavors and styles to choose from. We usually take a picture of an idea and they always make it happen. Julio is so attentive and always goes the extra mile.
