Ordered ahead, upon arrival was told my order could not be fulfilled. Was told to seek a refund through corporate number or online, both of which proved fruitless. Then was told if we wait 1 hour they can provide what we ordered. Waited the hour and turns out they still did not have all the items we ordered. Associate working was very courteous and tried to be helpful throughout the interaction. We were issued a cash refund for an item purchased because this location does not carry pecan pie. The location was also out of BBQ sauce. This was on a Saturday around 3pm. As for the food: the ribs and chicken were dry, Brisket and pulled pork were actually quite good. This is the second time I have ordered here and will not be doing so again. My wife and I both had an upset stomach afterwards.

I ordered pickup online from Dickey's website. I ordered a 3 meat plate with the loaded baked potato casserole and baked beans and extra toast. I received a baked potato casserole literally no bacon no cheese no onions just the baked potatoe mashed up in a cup. The toast was garbage. I could've just put my own bread in the toaster and called it a day, for free. I will not be returning and spending my hard earned money at this place ever again. The mere fact I tipped.

Ordered through the app for this location on 09/02/23. Went to pick up order at 7:15pm and they were closed. I believe this location has closed permanently. No one around and all but one light turned off inside. Looks like they are out of business. Will have to dispute my credit card charge since the app is still accepting orders.Update - they are open for business but decided they would just close early last night because they were "slow". I asked for a refund as their website says refunds must be processed through the store location. I was told the owner (Rish Oberio) "does not allow employees to do refunds". Horrible service, not even an apology for screwing their customer over and then won't even refund the money. Steer clear of this crappy business!!!Update - 09/04/23 - corporate emailed they could not / would not help me and I would have to get help from the franchisee that already told me they don't do refunds. What a crock. So I guess the Dickey's business model is to screw a regular customer over for $37. I guess we can all see why the franchisees are closing doors right and left. DO NOT EAT AT ANY OF THEIR RESTAURANTS!!! Buyer beware!!

Julio has Excellent customer service !!! Every time we come in we are greeted with a smile by Julio and the food is amazing. The dining area is always clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves Barbecue or fried okra .

All I can say about the overpriced, overcooked BBQ is "SAD" Food to feed 2 but paid enough that it should have fed 4. $60+ for Two - 3 piece meat meals and a baked potato. The small chunk of Brisket was dry, 3 thin slices of chicken were dry and the only thing good was the 4 pieces of sausage, come on, how can you mess up sausage. Sides of BBQ Beans were out of a can and the Mac & Cheese was not much better but consistent with the rest of the food, overcooked mush. This was right at dinner hour so the food should have been fresh. One guy running the place, not that Dickeys was ever great BBQ but this was BAD and I felt ripped off for the money vs. food we received. If it was closer to home I would have taken it back ! Get it together or get out the BBQ trade.

Spent $28 for two meat plate.This is what I got. Two baby back ribs and very small brisket pieces.It’s easy to see why this place cannot compete with the real bbq joints.Will not go back everGirl at the counter was great. Food not so much..

The one star is for the bright, cheery young lady inside. Everything else was a hard no for me. I had never been to any Dicky's before today. I ordered online for pick-up.First order: "traditional" 10 piece chicken wings. There was nothing traditional about these. They gave me chicken nuggets! If that's what is considered "traditional wings," then I suggest they add a description. They tasted like blobs from a frozen bag, of which I could literally taste the preservatives, and they were $13.50. I ordered 2 X Ranch sauce as I like to have ranch with my traditional bone-in chicken wings. I paid for 2. Got one. $2.00 extra. Very small cup of ranch. Should really be ashamed charging this amount for what they give. I ordered the 2X meat plate with ribs and beef brisket/sliced for $19.99. Sides: Handcut fries and cabbage slaw. I am calling BS on the handcutting of the fries. Sorry, but these fries came from a frozen bag. Siggghh, the meats... they were tasteless and fatty. Dipped in the very small cup of original bbq sauce, and the one I ate was at least flavorful now. The 2nd one had way too much fat on it to eat. The beef brisket was also mostly fat! The ceter most part was a little tender and etable, then I had to pull off a glob of fat. The portion that would be the top of the brisket was so dry and hard that I also didn't eat that. The slaw wasn't seasoned at all, either. I'm really not understanding who eats here if this is how they prepare and serve food. Complete dinner meal ruined.

This past Father’s Day I placed a order only to find out 30 min later they didn’t have any meat left so we then cancelled the order they said our sale 70$ wouldn’t be proceed or go through little behold it went through they said we would receive a refund within 2-5 days 11 days later still no refund , and the manager is refusing to call me back and keeps saying it’s processing. I now how to file a claim with my bank and fraud charge with them . The manager has poor communication skills and I’m told by workers this is the first this has happened.. definitely would not recommend going here . For the manager to take no accountability or even a proper call is horrible. Taking money and not getting service is wrong

This was our first time eating at Dickey's Barbecue Pit. I have to say it was good, it was not Texas BBQ but still good. I did enjoy it, the service was decent, the tables were fairly clean. I would eat here again but I do have to say that it is a little pricey for the quality.

My son Ordered family pack, with loaded potato, no potato and no sauce! What is barbecue with no sauce! Prices are outrageous and Door Dash will not fix the order, had company from original location, so this whole disaster really makes them look bad, last time was told it had to be handled thru door dash, restaurant is not responsible!

Great food and the nice young woman does it right. Toast, pickle and onion and proper portions. I think her name was Carla or something close to that.
