Walmart leaving this shopping center has left the remaining businesses empty of customers. Sad really. Staff at this El Pollo Loco was great. Food is great. Lack of customers makes it boring honestly.

Just to respond to the girls review ! Below me about EBT I had the same issue so I gave them a call & the manager let me know that el pollo Loco only accepts ebt with the ( hot foods program ) which is eligible for homeless , the disabled & elderly so yeah!! I came by and was slightly disappointed but I'd spend my money at this location anyday after doing a walk in . The food here PHENOMENAL food & customer service here is just the best every time I come in!!

I recently received a reward code and visited your store with the intention of redeeming it. Unfortunately, my visit did not meet my expectations.Upon arriving at the store, I encountered difficulties in redeeming the reward code. The employees seemed to struggle with the process and were unable to provide assistance in a timely manner. As a result, I left the store without being able to use the reward code and without making a purchase.I believe that improving the training and support for employees in handling reward codes and customer service interactions could greatly enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to assist customers with promotions and rewards can make a significant difference.I value the quality of your food and have been a loyal customer in the past. I believe that addressing these issues can help retain loyal customers and attract new ones. Have always done such a great job, but they claim to take EBT and the multiple times that ive gone they decline it, i just dont understand why they claim to accept it, if the multiple times ive gone they DONT. and ive called ebt and everything is clear on my end. Manger does absolutely nothing to get anything straightened out, they dont update their systems or card readers.

Staff is always friendly any time of day I visit this store. This restaurant is clean inside and out. Drive thru is quick and so is ordering inside. Food is always fresh including the salsa selection. Also glad they carry pomegranate vitamin water!

Very disappointed with this place! There has been multiple times that drive thru order was wrong. The most recent was today. In addition to the wrong order the 2 tacos barely had any chicken, it was all lettuce. Last time I will be going there!
