Ordered a pollo bowl. It might as well be called a rice and beans bowl, I needed a microscope to see the chicken....very disappointed. I see Quality has come down everywhere.. not just here......so screw all the customers ...Let us pay more and get less....

The manager Juan and his crew are very friendly and very professional. Riley took my order, she was very friendly and helpful with the questions I had, Citlaly gave us the order, very friendly.The food is very tasty and it's alway made how my husband and I like it. The restaurant is very clean and a nice friendly atmosphere,a nice place to enjoy your meal by yourself or with family and friends. I recommend it.

The food in this location is perfect just like my wife and my self like it, very tasty and very presentable just like the pictures they have posted. The service was great, very friendly Riley took our order at the register, Citlaly gave us order , very friendly. I've enjoyed their food & servers, till today. I ordered in the drive thru. She (who takes order) did Not confirm. It was not busy. One car in front of mine. When I got to window, they did not get my order properly. They corrected but it. I truly think they had new employees & showed no interest in being correct. I've been going there over ten years & I was always please with employees until today.

Got food poisoning from this el pollo loco. Thought giving it another chance would be worth it. Not 3 days of sickness.
Once again bad luck here! I ordered a chicken avocado burrito and received a chicken bowl! Attitude was given after I informed them that the order was wrong! Just a typical management team blaming the customer.
