Everything was delicious and the portions were great. Unfortunately we were too hungry to take pictures. The Taco Enchilado has an amazing taste but very spicy. The asada fries are huge. And the mulita was as delicious as it looks.
This place is incredibly delicious. Freshly made right in front of you. Staff never mess up the order and are always smiling.We really enjoy the music they have playing too. I highly recommend their Poblano Burrito!

How hard is it to put everything that the cook makes in the bag and make sure to look at the receipt, it shouldn't be a hard task to accomplish really ? coming from a long day with pregnant wife wanting a carne asada bowl....well I ordered and stood by the glass to watch the cook make both plates perfectly and hand it over to the girls at cash register, girls job is to just bag the items on the receipt, shouldn't really be that hard, I guess in my situation it was way too hard because when I get home, I only see one plate in the bag after literally not watching for a mili-second because it's almost impossible to see that part so I assumed it was all in the bag as again, place wasn't busy and the cook just made the food in front of me. Just had to look at the receipt and put the items in the bag.The food is great but I can never understand how they can make these simple mistakes over and over that are tremendously inconvenient for the customers. Like I'm already paying around $30 for just two items and gas to get there and back, what makes you think I want to come back again for no reason other than YOU didn't want to do your job?!?! I can also understand mistakes happening but when it's over and over, that's a pattern of carelessness that management needs to recognize as a problem.

Waited about 10 minutes to find out my order was given to someone else. Couldn’t even get complementary chips and salsa for the mistake and the minute wait. Food is good though!
One of my new favorites! I ordered the surf and turf tacos with the sauce on the side. Some chips and guacamole. My absolute favorite. It's kind of the point where they know me here.

Food was honestly horrid. For starters, the 3 items I had ordered were drenched in avocado to the point where it was all you can taste. It also made the food hella soggy. The meat was bland and dry, probably why they need to use so much guacamole. Not to mention whatever they put in the burrito absolutely leaks out of the bottom and onto your clothes. To top things off, this food had me on the toilet within minutes because of how bad it hurt my stomach. What is going on here?

I don't think that I've come here and eaten something I actually didn't like. Everything is really good. But my go to, is their carnitas tacos!! Yummy!! I also love their chips. But honestly, everything is good. A must try.

I am so sad to have to leave this review. We really had high hopes for this place. But, I don't like being ripped off, nor do I like what really felt like racial discrimination. Just another place that chooses to diminish the size of their food as they raise their prices, but that's not all. How did my wife know by the look she got from the cook as he put our meat in the grill we were about to be ripped off? Hopefully a small portion was all that was done to our food. I have never had a smaller taqueria burrito. And certainly not for $12. $40 for 3 butritos. It's like the meat from one was split in two. I told them on an earlier visit the burrito was a lot smaller than a previous visit hoping for a change. I like to give places a chance. But this time it was even worse so we are done. I can't believe how small it was. I mentioned it again just to let them know we would not be returning, and no effort was made to even offer help. I was just shined on. We have been here 3-4 times and we been nothing but friendly. I have been in food service and I know how much it means for customers to be nice. We even complimented the chef on the habenero salsa the last time we came. Still we get nothing but a bad attitude from the girls at the counter and as I mentioned the looks from the grill we're not friendly. Is it because we are Caucasian and everyone there is Hispanic? It certainly wasn't because we were even slightly unfriendly. I've been raised in SoCal with multiracial neighbors all my life, and I am truly blind to race, but I can sense when it's being used against me. I have faced this kind of situation a few times at other establishments, so I understand the vibe. People of the same race being served first, treated better, etc. Yes anyone can face discrimination. Apparently we are not welcome at El Taco Bar, and I can only think of one reason that seems likely and that is racial discrimination. You may be treated differently as well if you are not Hispanic and don't speak Spanish. I only say this since every other patron was Hispanic, and they would NEVER have approved of what I got served. I know this because I know taquerias and Mexican food very well. I love it and have eaten it all my life. The place also smelled like a dirty bathroom as soon as we walked in. That was new. Should have turned around. Its been going downhill and has only been open a short time. Not only do I not recommend this place, I say stay as far away as possible so a desirable business that doesn't cut portions down and racially discriminate can move in to the location.

The food was FANTASTIC. Super Cali burrito with fries was one of the best burritos I’ve had in a long time. Salsa was great with the right amount of heat, and tacos and quesadillas were all excellent.
