My family has been ordering from Gio's since it opened. I love how clean it is every time I walk in to pick up my pizza. The staff are all friendly and have learned our order. They remind me of what we don't like on the pizza. Lol. The pizza is made fresh to order and always taste great. I can't say enough about this place. I am so sad to see they have closed. I do hope this is just for a short time. Not only will we miss the pizza but the great people who work there!

My husband & I came across this cute pizzeria by accident. Ever since we've been a fan of their food. Everytime we come here the food is FRESH & made to order. The authenticity, freshness, customer service is unmatched. They have a customer for life. If you're ever in the Lake Elsinore area I definitely recommend this eatery.

Overpriced pizza .. my family and I went to have some lunch there as a sit down meal the inside was extremely hot so we had to sit outside the Cesar salad was such a small portion the wings were like $15.99 for 12 and they were extremely small ! I couldn't believe it also they told us it would be extra for ranch the ranch portion was small .. I was upset as we ordered 2 medium pizzas salad and wings and just got 2 small sides of ranch for it not happy spent like $66 definitely will not be returning

This place is it! Not only is the food amazing. Their customer service is on point. We called tonight to order dinner, the employee that answered was so courteous and was so communicative. He explained they were a little busy and that he would call me when the pizza was ready to be picked up. He gave me a solid timeline and really did call when it was ready. These days you don't find this everywhere! Everyone should try this place. Enjoy!

I gave two stars instead of one because the workers and servers had a fantastic attitude. That's it. Pizza dough tasted like cardboard and the Marinara sauce like store bought Ragu. Very sweet. I truly wanted their pizza to be good. It wasn't.

I was looking for a place to make me feel better after having picked up my recently creamated best friend and companion. Needless to say this place definitely hit the marks. The alfrado pasta was thick not runny. Very well seasoned. The pizza is a great combination of thin crust and regular crust. It's nice having something to hold on to while you eat. Also great for dipping in the alfrado sauce. The crust is very fluffy with a nice crunch. The people cooking and taking orders definitely seem to have it together. Will definitely be back.

I don't know what happened here, the girls who did everything are all gone and have been replaced. The food is still good but trying to get someone on the phone or getting the correct order without missing something is becoming very difficult. So Edit.... I see now they are not open for lunch anymore, too bad because that's the only time I'm in the area, eating choices in this area are terrible, too bad they couldn't make it work I used to go 3-4 times a week.

Poor customer service when they didn't want to correct a mistake they made on my order. It would have been such a simple mistake to fix too. That's too bad as this was my first and last time I'll eat at Gios. I liked their food and I truly would have been a repeat customer and would have happily referred Gios to my friends and Lake Elsinore peeps (I know many in the Lake Elsinore area). Service is just as important as good food. I would have purchased from your restaurant often for my employees at my business. Oh well there are plenty of other pizza joints to choose from...places like Stadium Pizza. No sweat off my back and unfortunately your establishment won't be around for long, because of the service. Pizza joints are a dime a dozen, so it would be a wise move to stand out from the rest.
Claims to be authentic napolitano style. But its not. Dont waste your money on the margherita pizza its worse than pieology. If you cant make a authentic pizza margherita then dont!!! It makes you look bad. Whats up with all the basil? Staff was great and friendly.
