I ordered a veggie burrito and asked for no cheese no sour cream. And they still put cheese in it. If you were allergic to certain foods it will be all bad.

This place just charged us $20 for two small shakes. I believe they either charged us for large or double charged us. Did not provide a receipt or anything. Buyer beware don’t go here

We were just there today on March 9, 2023 the girl was taking orders giving people change we were waiting for a good five minutes to get her to serve us ice cream she came to us about to touch the cones for the ice cream and I asked her if she could please wash her hands since she was dealing with money she went to the side took two seconds came back and grabbed the cone I really doubt that’s how long it takes to wash your hands properly and deal with food and hand it to children or anybody else I will never be going there again that is disgusting I hope somebody comes and checks out how Unclean they are I will be calling somebody myself and filing a complaint

Their prices are crazy. $11 for a 5/6 inch cup of fresas con crema. They're basically selling us the price of the cup. And their strawberry slices inside the cups are huge. plus 50 cents for card charge !

I ask for an elote in cup or esquites and yes I'm white but I love the culture and the food of Hispanics the fact that they made me the esquites with no lime no Chile no valentinos just butter and corn like come on I asked for everything in it and got the weakest serving

If I could give this place a no star I would. Definitely do not recommend at all. No options. I came in for a mangoniada and the corn with hot Cheetos. They didn't have it. I ordered ice cream instead and said it went bad. So they didn't have anything but the poppsticals.

In the same building with Alberto’s; I don’t want to go to Alberto’s because of this La Michoacana. My ice cream had a long fuzz within it, and there was bugs on top of the ice cream coolers. It was gross, but hey they are open late!

Food is bad, they messed up my order I had to come back and change it. Also cashier is very rude and talks over you like if he has no time to help you. He’s always rushing, customer service sucks!

My female Freind said the lady who worked there was being rude in the way she was speaking to her. Off that note they always run out of things as in drinks and popular flavor ice cream. The albertos there also has fake horchata which tastes like milk and coffee creamer. Nothing like horchata.
