I wanted to share my thoughts and disappointment on the service I received from the owner and his mother! I live in the area an I been coming to this location for years now... Seen the owner and his mother I seen me and serve me in the pass! 3 weeks ago I order a Tosticolo and the tamarindo that came inside was sour an hard I order this at night coming from tired! I called right away and the girls so nice told me to come back and get a new one but I was so tired that I told them it's ok.. Than she offer to write down my name and to come back for a new one.. Perfect customer service! Busy with life I went back 3 weeks later and I start telling the mother of the owner what happened to me and the owner and she looked at me like I was crazy... The ask me "are you sure it was here" I thought to myself "wow I can't believe she's asking me this" than I told the owner to get me a tostiloco and to charge me!!! And he did!!! Not even caring what I told them.. At least offerin me a discount or something... Nothing… to you the owner … read this … I didn’t need a free tostiloco I have money I can pay for them … I didn’t needed anything free … but if a customer is complaining about something which in this pass 4 years that I been going I have never done anything like that is because it was true !!!! You forgot the customer is always right and probably you did needed those $8 desperately… no wonder you workers come and go and you can keep workers … your mother been the age she is she should of acted better but she was the worst! No wonder ! I will post this in all the platforms that I can find just to make sure you know you did wrong !!!

The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that there is not one where I live. Some of our family cannot have dairy. This was the perfect place for us to all come together where we all had options. We all ended up getting non dairy ice cream as they had so many options and they all tasted phenomenal. Everything was sooooo good. The staff was kind, helpful, and patient with us.

Best ice cream we've ever had! Phenomenal flavors. The pistachio and watermelon were particularly delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. 100% recommend!

We've been coming here for years, and this time was the 1st time that we'd been ignored. Because she was too busy cleaning something that was already clean. I would understand if she was cleaning when we walked in, but there was no one in the front. We were just trying to get ice cream and leave the store. The WORKERS always look UNHAPPY!!

I have gotten the vanilla raspado multiple times so I know how bomb it tastes but this particular night, the person helping out was super rude and the raspado tasted rancid, or like they put soda in it, or they put something different I should've gone back in but the person attending was already in a bad mood and I was not about to put my energy into being all rude, so I let it be and throw the whole thing out.

This store is no good the shaved ice isn’t really shaved ice it’s more like ice for a soda. It also looked like my drink had something in it that wasn’t supposed to be. I don’t even wanna know what it was or think about it i definitely didn’t drink my raspado. WOMT BE BACK HERE EVER AGAIN AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE.!!!! DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RANDOM STUFF IN YOUR DRINKS ????

We use to come to this place for a while until we moved and came back. It was reasonably priced back then but after tonight we'll probably never come back again. We got two medium corns with hot Cheetos and 3 paletas and it was 29 dollars. That's insane, that's more than a meal somewhere. It was 20 dollars for just the two corns. You know how much corn you could buy with 20 dollars and do it yourself. Whoever keeps supporting this overpriced business is wild. Also she said you get charged by corn and each corn was 3 dollars. So if there's 4 corns in the two cups at 3 dollars each it should've been 12 dollars. We'll just be going somewhere else for now on.
Very friendly and extremely great ice cream. So many flavors to choose! And the Agua de Frutas absolutely amazing!

I would rate this place zero stars the girls have a nasty additude and not just that they are judgmental first time coming to this location and never again they don't welcome you they just stare at you with this long face waiting until your ready to order they don't even ask you if your ready they just wait for you to tell them i don't recommend coming here and they are nasty the tables were not cleaned at all and there was this family where the mom was letting her teenage daughter spill her ice cream on the table and after she left the girls didn't even clean it up never ever coming here again

My husband just got me a biónico, pregnancy craving. Well the yogurt that they put on it was super watery that spilled everywhere! It made the fruit all soggy because it was basically swimming in milk! No cantaloupe and no granola!!!! They only put coconut! Not a good bionico!
