Too unreliable. Twice now we've gone in for some food and their kitchen is closed. When we have eaten in, the service and food was good. Called ahead today and no answer so I suspect the kitchen is no more.

I can only rate the customer service i didn't get a chance to eat. But I came in to have a beer and talk about doing an event. Very cleanAnd I got a chance to meet the staff and the owner. Top notch ? I wood love to start coming in for Football season and get more people to come in and do the sameCome on Summerly

No masks worn by staff or customers alike. Cook was swearing loudly in the dining room. Chilli so salty it was inedible, and a burger soaked in so much sauce such that the bread was soggy beyond belief.Cheap beer and a friendly server but those were the only good points.

I eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I love how their customer service is always great and they keep the place clean at all times. Rates are affordable and they serve generous portions.

Went on a Wednesday evening, only patrons in the restaurant. John, our server, was great, very kind, asked us how we were doing multiple times. Food was great, which John prepared as well.

Went to Lou's for lunch today after fInding a half price deal on Groupon. This place was a rough call on how to review it. The service was atrocious. We walked in around noon and stood waiting to be seated for over 10 minutes. Wandered outside and back in before finally deciding to seat ourselves. The only worker in sight finally told Us she would help us as soon as she can but she was all alone right now. So we sat there for another 15 mins while she cooked for and served the only other table of people there. No offer of a soda or anything. Tried not to get too annoyed with being ignored but it was irritating. Looking around it had some what of a hospital cafeteria feel to it with a bar. Very clean except for the windows which looked like they were cleaned with a muddy rag and left that way. The only reason we stayed at this point was because of the Groupon we had already paid for in advance. Really glad we did after tasting the however. Both our meals were fabulous! Cooked to perfection and tasty as hell! Will definitely go back now for the food but probably won't make my place to go for a fine dining with friends. It a shame such good food comes with poor customer service. Hope they fix this soon!

Four times in a row we have sat down to eat, ordered drinks... then when ordering told half or more of the menu isn't available with no real reason why... this time we got menu change but this is unacceptable. Walked out and not going to waste my time anymore... lost customer forever now
I was drawn to this "smokehouse" because of the Monday night football special it offered. .50 wings and $3.00 beers. When we first sat down, it took the bartender/waiter/cook about 15 minutes to come to our table.... we were literally the only ones in the clubhouse. The wings had that delicious smoked flavor, but they were literally COLD in the inside. We didn't say anything because we knew it's not the bartenders fault. The bartender was in charge of taking orders, making drinks AND cooking fried food. It is our belief that the wings had been frozen/refrigerated and the bartender put them in a DEEP fryer to heat them up. We heard the sizzling.. we had no idea why the fryer was going on at at all because we were the only customers there. We thought it was a smokehouse. Anyway, we won't be back... not even to watch football because the TV's were lame and our TV at home is better.
