Food was great. I visited on Valentine’s Day around 7pm. Maria was AMAZING, made sure I had different salsas, super warm and friendly. She made me feel right at home. I will definitely come back just for her enthusiastic service!

This place is awesome! I’m obsessed with the carne asada Michi fries. Took my friend here, and he told me he’s been craving their fries since. The food is really good.The staff work really hard! They deserve a raise. The place always has a wait, but I can tell the staff are working really hard to push through.The reason I gave it one star is because of the pickup situation. Every time, I tell them my name, the employee checks the counter for the order, then runs to the kitchen, comes back out to me to confirm order (I show my receipt), they run back to the kitchen, and finally tell me it will be ready in a couple minutes. This shows me that the workers do not trust the system and orders are running behind. The managers really need to analyze the efficiency of their system. This happens every time. I watch others go through the same song and dance. Manager, please, figure out the system and make sure your staff is trained to follow it.Owner, if you reply to this, I’ll change my rating to a 5 star. It is really great food. I just want you to acknowledge this comment and think about it.

Can’t leave Aaron out the equation I offered him a Job at Bellevue because he works with a smile each time I see him great customer service and he declined talk about dedication! The food is so amazing. Truly authentic Mexican food. Best in town. All the employees were so on helpful when deciding what to order and so attentive while we were eating and hanging out. Very very clean place and with the music playing in the background really sets the vibe. 10/10 recommend.Don’t forget to get a Michi while you’re there and the agua de pepino!!
