Terrible experience! I went in at 7:40pm on a Thursday....summer day with weathers over 100 here in Elsinore. Waited while there was A(one) lady in the back doing something. Then the one rude lady comes out at 7:50pm only to tell me she can only sell me an ice cream or a pre-made blended raspado. So I asked if I can get a Coconut raspado and she said she already cleaned the area and she can't prepare it. So, I asked for an agua Fresca and she said she's can't. So....this lazy azzz lady can't even poor me a cup of agua fresca because she is supposedly closing at 8pm! What a joke! Why would you say you are open until 8pm if you can't even sell me anything because your staff feel like they need to close on-time. Obviously, you should close your doors at 7:30pm and let the lazy lady clean for 30 minutes after closing time. What a disappointment! First off...if it's summer and it's hot, why is there ONE person doing it all? Then, update your hours of operation because this is ridiculous. Come on....business people should know how to run a freaking business!

I had a strawberry raspado and could taste the real fruit, I have to say it was very good. The service was also nice, the employee was helpful and patient. Definitely would recommend this place.

This place is a tiny little spot in downtown Lake Elsinore and I love it! They have Raspados, thrifty ice cream, milk shakes, coffee frappe, tosti locos, cheeto locos, and more!!!!!

Their hot cheeto corn is the best! I also tried a few of their drinks and raspados and its also super good! prices are reasonable and the shop is kept clean. Great spot all around!

I really wanted to like this place. I was craving a raspado de vanilla/nuez but they didn't have that. So I got the chamango. It was good although I kept getting really hard pieces of mango. The wait time was really long but to be fair, there was only two people working. Also, I went when there was a deal on the chamango but since they took so long, I wasn't able to order until a bit after five & didn't honor the discount.

This is such a little gem in downtown Elsinore. An ice cream shop just opened down the street but I hope this place stays in business for a very long time. First, they have an incredible mural of historic downtown Elsinore on their wall inside the shop. Second, they raspados are AMAZING! The best ones out there in regards to flavor!! I've tried so many flavors at this point and they are all great. They also have tostilocos and other food items on their menu. I highly encourage everyone to support this business and have their raspados with ice cream on top. You will not regret. Also the girls that work in the shop are very nice!

I've been here a couple times and the elote in the cup is my favorite. They have thrifty ice cream, so if you love thrifty ice cream, and you arent near a rite aid this is one place to go. Because not only do they have ice cream they have other items that can fill your sweet and savory tooth! Elote was the reason why I came here, they are across the street from Michi's Tacos. I was in the mood for Michi's Tacos when I came across this gem. It was the first time my hubby and I came to this area. and since there was a wait for our yummy tacos we decided to walk around to kill some time. Im so happy we came here. There isn't anyone else in the area that makes this yummy elote! So if your in the mood for Elote come here and get some!!!
