Well, they forgot to give me change and as you can see, the portions were ridiculously small. Also, asked specifically for Diet Coke and was charged accordingly. Only thing is once I paid and went to dispense it, they didn’t have the option. This location has multiple issues.Also didn’t include the condiments or utensils. Panda is a sad place these days, not what it used to be. Couldn’t even remember the fortune cookie.

Did an order online received email order was ready for pickup at 8:55 Got there and at 8:54 order was for 8:55 pm and at 9:12 I was still waiting for order to be ready very bad customers service and then order was wrong. Awful and unprofessional service from Shawn. Finally Got order at 9:15pm. Very unhappy ordering online.

Were do I begin? Ordered online for 5:30pm pick up, got a text at 5:19 saying it’s ready to pick up. So it sat for 14min as I got there at 5:30pm. Food was cold OBVIOUSLY and the Orange Chicken was basically chicken nuggets with a Drop of orange sauce. The gave me ZERO teriyaki sauce for my Teriyaki chicken (so basically it was sliced chicken breast). The Bejing beef was dry as well and seemed like it sat for the day and dried up under the heat lamp. To boot, The Manager was rude when I picked it up my online order. LETS JUST SAY I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION EVER or Ordering Online AGAIN! LATER!!

Worst service I've received at any fast food chain. The manager refused to take my order even though I was next in line and had me wait 15 minutes before sending someone over, although he quickly attended to the customers before me.

Food is good, however, they consistently miss their time for having meals ready for pick up.Also, Is the Air Conditioner broken ? Dress lightly if eating on site. Even on average weather days, it feels extra warm inside

Ordered about 5 plates for my family, everyone ordered teriyaki chicken, no one received it in their order. Truly wasn't a big deal, sometimes they run out. However, there ended up being a nasty a*s black hair in my food. Wear hair nets or something PLEASE, it's just nasty fr.

All franchises are NOT created equal!!! The location in Lake Elsinore on Central renewed my faith in the possibility of healthy, fast food! I have NEVER experienced Panda Express food that LOOKS AND TASTES SO FRESH!!! Consistency is key, and they ALWAYS IMPRESS! Thanks to this location in particular for mindful management and conscientious teamwork!!!

I wouldn’t go to this place. We went to the drive through, got some really burnt tasting broccoli beef, no ice in our iced teas with no straws. I called to speak to the manager who said she would replace the broccoli beef and I told her that I’m done with broccoli beef after that and if we could have a credit for a side of chicken instead. She said no, if the broccoli beef was the problem then that’s what will be replaced. The broccoli beef was the problem, that’s why I’m done with your broccoli beef, and this Panda Express.
