They got our order wrong, even after they repeated it back to us TWICE! They even almost gave us someone else’s order at the window and we had to correct them. The food itself was under seasoned and soggy at best. Definitely disappointing.

The tenders here are always bland and rubbery, hardly even crispy. I have to ask for extra crispy or they taste under cooked and

My 4 stars would be 5, but unfortunately a sassy drive-thru worker killed the 5th star. My boyfriend and I ordered at the drive-thru and drove ahead to pay of course. We completely forgot to ask for extra sauce. He asked the girl at the window. She answered him back very sternly and told him it was an extra charge. He said that was fine and she snatched his card and gave him our drinks with such an attitude. My boyfriend said she was basically throwing them in his hand. He said he wanted one of them to fall so she could see that she was moving too fast. I understand that we already paid and maybe it was annoying to have to charge as for the extra sauce but he asked politely and she was still in the process off handing us our food so I don’t think too much extra time was spent on charging as for the sauce. I only wish we got her name to mention in my review. Other than that the food was great!! Interaction was the only thing to leave a bad taste in our mouths.

Food that day had a funny smell like it was bad. We didn't eat it. At lake Elsinore location.

I love this place just as much as anybody else, but I don't understand if it's because of the young kids working there or what it might be, but I don't understand how every time I come to this canes I always have a problem with missing sauce. most of the time I don't even bother to call because I don't wanna drive back for sauce but come on guys it's not that hard to count the small numbers. If not for this it would be 5

Zero time spent messing around amongst other staff members and people that are friendly with one goal in mind! To get the consumer what they want!

I love Raising Cane’s. I eat it every week. It’s my CFA alternative. However when I ordered the 6 piece box (instead of the usual 4 piece), it didn’t taste as good as I always remember it to be. I was a bit underwhelmed and super stuffed. I’m only ordering the 4 piece box from now on. also, I should start replacing the Texas toast with more fries. The toast is always soggy and bland; the crinkle cut fries are way better in the flavor department.
