This is for the Starbucks on Riverside and Lakeshore in lake Elsinore. Just amazing, all running getting it done. I walked up to pick up an order, staff was friendly and working so HARD!!! GREAT JOB! the person who came to the window had an amazing attitude!!! ALL WERE SMILING if I could give another star I would.

I see that so many other people had the same experience as me. I arrive and the barista (Maria) tells me the expresso machine is broken. Ok cool. I’m not ordering coffee so that was ok. I tell her I want a refresher she appeared to be annoyed that she had to work and I didn’t just walk away. She had such an ugly attitude when she charged me & the drink wasn’t even good. I ordered a pineapple passionfruit and I couldn’t taste the pineapple flavor. How do you mess that up? This Starbucks needs to do better! Hire people with good attitude.

Hello again, I am giving Velma the 4 stars not her "only other Co- worker," who was the rude lady from last time . I don't know her name but she is the thick woman with dark hair always with a frown on her face !!!! But Velma made my day with her kindness & smile & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! So thank you Velma . Starbucks needs more friendly customer service like you !!!!

Just terrible...This morning I walk in and the baristas are cheerful and talkative to the all 3 guest before I got to the counter. I got to the counter and politely ask for my drink. I got a blank stare. They didn't even ask my name. So I called it out.. her reason was that she was having bad thought at the moment I walked up. So being rude and making your customers feel unwelcome( one of color anyway) is somehow justified through your bad thoughts. Just terrible

Be kind to Baristas. Granted, you may encounter a couple of characters but, we are humans. Granted, you pay a lot $$$ for your items. So for your drink not tasting good or an item missing in your bag, it's understandable. Be kind anyway. The Baristas have more things to do and think about than to just serve customers. They also have the team, the store, and their lives to keep up with too. The Baristas who serve you are humans & have lives outside of Starbucks. Be kind.

WORST Starbucks EVER!!!!!!! Not only do they take their sweet time making drinks, they do not even greet ANY customers because they are far too busy talking about their lives to one another, talking about going out drinking and what alcohol one another likes best. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! Tommy, the barista that didn't greet me and didn't ask for my name to put my order on, is NOT Starbucks material!!! More like a McDonald's job would suit him better! I will NEVER go to this location again!!!!! What an embarrassment to the Starbucks brand!!!!

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A STARBUCKS! I realize that these are not true baristas... but come on! There was only one "barista" to take and make our order. She was an extremely crotchety thing with such a HORRIBLE attitude. Per usual, the worse mood people are, the nicer I am. This did nothing. Eye rolls the entire time. I asked for a doppio espresso. The second simplest thing to order, right? Right. She had no idea what it was, so I kindly explained that it's just two shots of espresso - and that I wanted it hot (I needed it for a migraine that would not go away). She pulled the shots... and shook it with ice... and handed it to me. Now, I see that it's wrong. Whatever. But she was STILL rude to me! I don't like leaving bad reviews, unless I have a horrible experience. I can't wait for the REAL STARBUCKS to open across the street. It can't come fast enough.
