Extremely distraught!! I went this morning to get my coffee and I had multiple drinks and I forgot to order my coffee decaf. Upon arrival to the window I informed the cashier that I had mis-ordered my drink and if could please be corrected, she said they would. She turned to the barista who was making my drink and asked if he started the white chocolate mocha because the customer would like it decaf, I saw him point with his eyes signaling that the coffee was almost done and with the window open I over heard her say ohh that’s fine. I followed the barista with my eyes and noticed that he did not pour out the espresso shots that had already been dripping prior to my request out and poured the espresso shots as is in my drink. Due to a medical condition caffeine affects me and I drove off trying to not over react and my body of course had a bad reaction because my coffee had caffeine. I had to go back and request a refund and inform the manger of what their workers did in front of my face. These employees where ignorant, and could have caused bodily injury to myself or even others because they feel that customers are being “special.”

We take a drive to ortega highway this location is very convenient for me at least , when to the Starbucks on central and to buzy … so this location is a small Starbucks but the service was awesome i even got a puppy chino for mi dodle!!also u can order on the window…. Small well located and fast service… excellent work to the employees working there !!

I love coming here they are the Best David, Byran, Arlene, Rickie are the Best here....my son & I are always here, Damn there everyday, they have the Best Energy & they're always putting a Smile on our face's ....They need a Raise high Fives to you Guys & Ladies here..... I will always come here just to see All my favorite Starbucks friends......

Multiple times they have not been open at 7:30. They are supposed to open at 4:30. Never seen this at another stabucks.

I don't think I've ever waited so long in a drive thru before. About 45 min from the time I entered to the time I had my coffee and left. Idk what is happening inside there but they need to figure out how to do better and be quicker. I'll continue going to the one located inside Albertsons.

They think I can’t taste the difference between my freshers they mixed the dragon drink white cause didn’t had dragon inclusion didn't let me know on the speaker. I changed it to a pink drink and they mixing thinking I wouldn’t notice it. I'm always at Starbucks how wouldn’t I notice

I was in line for 20 minutes only to find they DID NOT have any tea??♀️I had to come across the street to the one inside of Albertsons.
bad service, always use 2 cup for no reason and tops my coffee off to the top, today this caused the lid to come off and spill all over my lap. Hot coffee on the lap on Christmas day. Really irritated now of all days. I'd post a pic but had to clean up, really want to throw my cup and what's left at the window.

my sister made an online order in the staterbros parking lot and by the time we got to this drive thru starbucks, they had our order ready! it was incredible. super fast service. the girls got their cake pops, delicious as usual. i never really know what to order so i always go with my sisters recommendation, i shared a caramel macchiato with my hubby with an extra shot of espresso. although we didn't feel the espresso, as we are hardcore coffee drinkers, the drink was extremely tasty. i'm not sure how many employees they had in there with how fast our drinks came out but it's got to be packed with people lol

Two different locations never said good morning, didn't acknowledge us, nor said goodbye. Terrible service. The worst location is on Ontario in Corona.
