The chips always taste like chemicals and old oil!!! I’ve got inside multiple times to get a new batch and they don’t fix it. They make the chips in the morning with oil from previous days and reheat them. So upset terrible service bad attitudes

The workers here are on it. As soon as you oder, within a min or 2 they are calling you up. Definition to what fast food should be. Great job, also staff is very approachable and friendly.

First of all the service is always pretty fast and maybe that's the problem with the food being messed up? I ordered 2 orders of the 2 for $5 chicken wraps when all you get is chicken in a tortilla you would think that you couldn't mess it up but 2 of the 4 I received the tortilla was so hard that it was inedible! Very disappointing.

I *hate* this location. Be aware they don’t have mobile ordering, nor do they have receipts that can be redeemed for points on the Taco Bell app. I never would have come here if I knew. Oh and GOOD LUCK entering, parking, and exiting this location. Their customer service skills along with EVERYTHING else, needs major improvement. Awful. I will NEVER be back.I went to this one for the first time yesterday and the food was old cold and stale. Asked for fresh fries instead of the hard ones I had be given, I swear she just refried/ reheated the ones I had given back to her through the window.The nacho cheese for nacho fries was CLUMPY and chunky. I have never seen Taco Bell nacho cheese that had clumps in it. Disgusting!!!Woman working drive thru was practically impossible to understand. I’d politely ask for her to repeat what she said, and she caught an attitude. Then she was getting confused with my order, but acted like I was the one being unclear.I’ll continue going literally anywhere but here.
