Quick and professional. My go-to Waba grill during lunch. Never been in a line longer than 3 people including myself. Mostly empty inside, plenty of dine-in space.Parking: The plaza this Waba grill is in has a huge parking lot. It shares this lot with a closed-down Walmart. Plenty of space. You will always find parking.

It is terrible here, the service not only me but my peers get is just unnecessary. These workers all have attitudes. And get mad if don’t specify what exactly we want, instead of guiding us and informing us what waba has to offer they criticize us for not knowing the menu. I don’t feel comfortable here at all felt very unwelcoming in there, this place needs new people who can have better energy, until then i am eating somewhere else.

ive been to several wabas... first time at this location. girlies got our order wrong, paid a dollar extra for both plates to have extra rice, no salad and they still gave us salad anyway with none of the extra rice. there was barely any sauce, and they even put the wrong sauce on one of our orders. our fault for not checking before leaving, but even the dumplings were messed up, the gyoza was ripped on several of them, and they tasted more like veggie dumplings than pork ones. don't get me wrong, the food was still decent, but it wasn't what I ordered lol

I have been going to this location for years but it has really gone downhill lately. I went into the facility a couple weeks ago and the cashier behind the counter was very rude. I thought maybe an off day. I get it, we all get them. No biggie. I went in again Tuesday November 28th and the same cashier was there. Again horrible experience. I stood there for a good 2 minutes and she never acknowledged my presence. No welcome in, nothing. After she finally took my order it came to $34. I went to hand her a $50, as I have done numerous times in the past, and she made a remark that she could break that. I said you only owe me 16 dollars in return. She then said I won't accept that. I said why? I guess they have a policy of not accepting anything over $20, which is fine but it was not posted anywhere and I have been paying with larger bills for years at this location. She first said she couldn't break it then said said she wouldn't accept it then turned her back on me and walked away. I am all for policy and didn't make a stink, but the way in which she handled herself was unprofessional. I just said I will go somewhere else, said thank you, then left. Won't be going back to that location for a bit.

The best and the most flavorful tacos in town. A special thank you to the owner and to his amazing staff who always make my day.

Don’t buy the dumplings. Just don’t. You have been warned. Not sure about their cooking the process, but things are amiss. The charring is from an unclean grill.Bowls have always been good.

Beware of this location! To start, their system was down so the store couldn’t accept cash AND weren’t able to provide printed receipts. I ordered two chicken bowls and two drinks on 09/13 and the employee accidentally charged avocado on both bowls which raised the price to a crazy amount. It was my first time ordering Waba Grill so I assumed the price was firm, until my friend told me there must have been an error. After talking to the employee, she realized she charged me for avocado I didn’t ask for, and claimed she didn’t know how to do refunds. She called her manager, in which she stated that she will issue a refund and will be processed in about a week. Two weeks have passed and today I got the charge in my bank for the error price. I probably can’t go back and complain because I have no receipt! Save yourself time and try ordering Waba at another location.

The pot stickers didn't come with proper sauce. The grill shrimp was good, and the rice was perfect. When it was slow, the staff should've been cleaning. It was dirty by the beverage station. If you're leaning, you should be cleaning.

Poor service and inferior product. I tried to eat but could not finish. When I brought uneaten portion in the person in charge questioned my intentions and that too much was missing. I had to spit most out in bag it was so bad.Poor customer service and will NEVER go to Waba again.
