I usually don't have any problem going here but my pretzel was cold and my lemonade was the worst I have ever had. It tasted like rotten lemons were used or it had been sitting forever, literally tasted like alcohol.

Big disappointment! Got 2 raw pretzels, then a refund. Just a tease! I was so excited to eat a pretzel, and they couldn't make it happen. =(

Rude and incompetent. I can in here yesterday. There was a guy and a a girl working. I was the only customer. I ordered 3 items. 2 pizza bites and 1 jalapeño pepperoni pretzel. All items were available in the hot case 10 inches away. Yet somehow in less than 10 seconds, they forgot. I received 2 regular pepperoni pretzels and 1 cup of bites. When i brought it to their attention, the response was" we can't take them back". Needless to say I won't be returning. If you do go here, watch out for the stale ones they have just out of sight. You'll get hit with the old bait and switch

Horrible customer service on 6/21/23. Was not greeted upon entry, and our turn came up he asked what we wanted from across the establishment and when I asked my wife what she would like, he shouted "just let me know when you are ready" before we could give our order. Once he got our order ready and was getting things set up at his POS terminal, he deliberately added an item onto my order thinking I wouldn't notice. As he was entering my items in, he was saying everything back to me, and after the last item, he quickly clicks his mouse and I see a charge of $6.49 pop up on the screen. I gave the benefit of the doubt at first thinking I misheard something but sure as s*** when the receipt came out, I yoinked it out of his machine and saw a charge for horchata for $6.49. I asked him about it right away and he said "oh I don't know how that got there." The refund was given. But my god. How many times has your business gotten away with theft? Fire that kid or get a new manager who instills better habits. Should be easy to know which employee it was. He was only one working this day. Transaction took place at 12:09pm on 6/21/23.

Saw a sign that said wetzel pretzel. I've been to the outlets many times.had no clue it was here. Warm buttery and lightly salted.

The girl behind the counter was nice. We ordered the "combo". The pretzel dogs, lemonade frosty with the cherry boba. That's it! Oh and they charged us over a dollar for a cheese dip. The total was over $18. My wife and I literally stood there in shock. Over $18 for pretzel dogs and lemonade icy and a small cheese dip? We thought she was kidding when she told us the total. We literally just came from Vans and bought a pair for $25 lol! Everything was fine. Nothing special. Wasn't anything more than a snack really. I mean I get inflation but damn. Total rip off. So many places at this outlet are already closed. I'll be surprised if this place stays open. Don't waste your money here. You can go to so many other places and pay less and get more. We had excellent Raman at the Irvine Spectrum earlier and that was $15 lol!

Place is alright went right when they open. Everyone was busy working but they still said hello. I got an unsalted pretzel with jalapeño cheese sauce and a boba mango drink. The price is pretty much the same as any other pretzel stand at a mall so it's odd to see people complain about it. Pretzel was good and fresh

ZERO STARS for this business. My daughters are always looking forward to a pretzel treat but this location always disappoints. We go to these outlets at least once a month and each time we approach the window the door is already locked well before their published business hours. Today the rude young lady was rolling her eyes at my children who were standing at the window. She began to make hand movements telling them to go away. UNProfessional rude people at this location. They closed early and they missed out on a 4 pretzel purchase with cheese, you do the math, that's almost $50.
The food is mediocre at best. They could make the pretzels less greasy.

I love Wetzel's Pretzels......... but not this one. I understand Covid-19 is a bummer on business because you don't get foot traffic. So all I say is if your not going to sell what's on the menu then take it off the menu. Post a sign, "We only offer the following", the list it so people waiting outside for 10 minutes have the choice to walk away like down to Dairy Queen which is killing these guys. I've been here twice a week in the past month and always ask, "Do you have any Jalapeño or regular Wetzel's dogs coming out". They said those will be out in about 20 minutes. So I didn't buy anything and I waited. Guess what ....... no Jalapeño or regular dogs. So I won't feel bad if this place closes down. They suck at customer service.

I've had major issues w/their app for two years . Last year, I went to redeem my free birthday pretzel and the app wouldn't work. Store wouldn't do anything to help since they said their app is run by a subsidiary company. This year on my birthday, I went to the store again. Same thing. The QR code is there. Store said it wouldn't scan. Store would not honor it. I asked for a phone number to call and their response was that I had to email. It has now been 22 hours and the issue is still not resolved. This seems majorly fishy to me.

We came in well after open , the one Asian man working today didn't greet us, the electronic menu boards weren't up, when we tried to order he snapped at us for not already knowing the menu and prices, and overall seemed bothered by us coming in to buy a damn pretzel.
