They have consistent, great boba. I always get the brown sugar boba it’s the right amount of sweetness and the boba is always so smooth yet chewy at the same time.

The Boba they make are pretty good. Prices are decent when they apply the discounts. I got 2 for under $12.Parking: Depending times in between at lunch or dinner, there's plenty of parking.
I always get the Baby Boba bee milk tea because it has no caffeine. It's really good. I've also tried the ube with oreo Boba bee and it's also just as good. They have good selection from milk tea to refreshers. The servers are all pretty nice and warm.

"Tea" made from powder. Served without completely dissolving the powder. Gross clumps of powder in liquid. Awful.

Person taking our order was rude and stared down my Girlfriend in response to her asking if she could modify her drink he abruptly said no and proceeded to "mad dog" her. We left and took our business elsewhere.
