I walked in with my family, there was no customers at the time. We counted 8 tables full of dishes and very dirty. The coffee are had spilled every where.The restrooms were so dirty and smelling horrible.You can totally tell the place was not clean in a very long time. Very disappointing.Because we love the food here.

Corner Bakery is one of those remaining coffee places that sticks to its legacy. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it, applies in the hospitality business more so than anywhere else. The place is nothing fancy but always reliably solid, chill atmosphere, and staffed by nice folks. Been coming to various locations with the family for decades. In the Lake Forrest location special shoutout to Jason for his exceptional service and kindness.
Used to like corner bakery but the one on el toro is disgusting. Half the tables were dirty, faint odor of mildew. Food was cold when it cane out and one of the staff was very sour and clearly hated her job and her life. We will not return!

It was good experience they have good pancakes and black coffee but the guy that was working on the Monday morning shift had really bad attitude like throwing our plate on the table and not giving us an extra fork although we were 2 . I was gonna file a complaint but a comment is better( NOTE) the guy is white blonde 5.10 probably 180 lb or more

Corner Bakery is great for their pastas, soup, salads ?, sandwiches ?, and desserts .Order the choice of two option to get a variety for lunch. Good portion sizes. A little more food than I like to eat, but feels like a better value.We recommend their club sandwich, pasta carbonara, and Caesar salad.We will visit again.

I asked for three times a large portion of carbonara, after which the employee issued a small carbonara, I asked for a replacement, paid for a large one, after which I still received a small one. when I showed this portion to the manager they refused to admit their mistake

If you want some comfort food, this is a good choice. The kids love their Mac and cheese and Tuscan Grilled Cheese sandwiches. There's nothing fancy about their dishes, but you also don't get any surprises. I've been to this place a few times, and they are consistent with the food and always have great attitudes. It can get pretty packed on weekends.

The restrooms had a very strong sewer smell in them, like a dank sewer under ground. The plumber hasn't sealed off the sewer vapors properly.
