I'm surprised they wouldn't make orange beef even if I pay extra. I would have payed double if that's what it took. She wouldn't even discuss it.

Food was bland. Kung Pao Beef Lunch Plate - the beef was chewy and there was no spiciness to the dish. The small lunch bowl of Hot and Sour soup was neither hot in temperature or spiciness. I've been eating here since 1991 (apart from the last 3 years) and this was a very disappointing meal. What bothers me more is the Orange County Health Inspectors report from 4 weeks ago with 20 Violations. (They had 12 in 2023). -Date Inspection Type Violations Result Score February 28, 2024 Routine 20 REINSPECTION 0 Consequently, I will not be returning to eat here again.

The food is so bland, and they don’t include soy sauce in the delivery orders, will not order

Honestly I was sooo disappointed, the orange chicken was bland, the flavor I could taste wasn't bad but the sauce is way too diluted, the cream cheese wontons had maybe a half teaspoon of filling, I basically paid for wrappers, and the fried rice tasted like they just threw some salt in it (not enough), panda bowl nearby is way better

My mom and my niece and me used to go to this place quite often a couple of years ago. But then they got a new cook or something in the food wasn't as good. Picked up food to go after two back to back championship games. Ordered over the phone. I told the girl 3 times I wanted a Chinese chicken salad. She said the house Salad with chicken? I said no the Chinese chicken. The Chinese chicken salad that comes with chicken pecans and wonton strips. Well this is my order with someone's hair added! Barf! Way too tired to go back and get my salad done right! Nancy , please come back! Things are not the same with you gone!

This place has really gone down hill. I hate to say it about a restaurant I used to frequent pretty regularly. I used to come here years ago for lunch once a week when I worked in the area. I came by for lunch today and it will probably be my last time back. The food came out super quick which is great right?! There seemed to be one man and one you girl working. But when it comes out quick and cold? Makes you wonder how long ago it was cooked and sitting out. Orange chicken lunch special. It was edible but I think panda would have been a better choice. It was super dry. Even the rice was dry to the point where I doused it in tons of soy sauce and still dry. Prob left over rice? I gave 3 stars because it used to be good. Maybe new ownership? But really it's probably 1.5 star worthy.

Went to pick up an order and was completely ignored as the one waitress sat there and ate her lunch. Then she started talking back to me like I was the problem. Don't even bother.

Girl on the phone is rude. BEWARE: Irvine location is a scam. Arrived at pick-up time, waited for our food along with other customers who had also pre-paid for their food, and they never brought it out.

order kungpao 3 style and got kungpao water chestnut, garnish shouldnt be half of your dish, there are lik 5 peanuts total and chestnut disguise itself as chicken.

Today was my first visit here. I thought that the orange peel chicken was some of the best in the area and for the quantity and quality of everything, it was a good deal. I think that there might've been something wrong with the deep fryer because I was almost done with my lunch before my egg roll was given to me. I was told that it was coming soon, so not a huge deal. The cup of wonton that I ordered prior to lunch was absolutely delicious, but I believe that I only got one wonton in it and not two...getting two seems to be pretty much the standard serving for a cup of wonton soup. I understand that it's only $3.50 extra, but it still seems that two wontons still could have been in it to be reasonable. Service was quite good. I will definitely go back again and I am looking forward to trying many things on their menu that look quite appealing!

Poor quality and bad service. Will not return. Wrong order given to me. Beef and scallops dish had 1/8 of a scallop in it.

The food was quite tasty. We ordered the mooshoo beef, orange peel chicken, and ribs and thoroughly enjoyed them. The cream cheese wonton was so so. There was not enough filling. Unfortunately, I ordered online and came in earlier for pickup. I stood in front of the man for nearly 10 minutes and he managed to not acknowledge me or even give me an eye contact. A younger woman came out to bring food for another man's order and I had to flag her to say that I was here to pick up my online order and would like to pay. Another man came in for pickup and he was immediately acknowledged so I'm baffled. Was it because I am a woman that he couldn't acknowledge me? The place was not crowded at all at around 6pm on a Saturday. There were only about three sets of people in so I got the feeling it was more of a takeout place. I'm giving it a 3 because the food is good but I can't get past the strangest experience I'd ever had. I've been to China so I understand that customer service is never a priority at these establishments but still...
